Great experience at the Lititz Subway! The food was fresh and made exactly how I asked. The staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which really stood out. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to grab a quick meal. I’ll definitely be back!

I went into this location during my meal break and the staff were very friendly. Parking sucks, but it’s not their fault that Lititz don’t wanna provide free parking. Otherwise I highly recommend coming to this location!!

I’m very disappointed I can’t give more stars at this Subway location. I ordered 6 subs on the Subway app at 11:00Am & selected the 12:10Pm pickup time. I did get an email with confirmation and a notification on the app that it’s ready to be picked up. I got there promptly only to wait 30 minutes due to understaffed and very poorly managed restaurant. The food was good on a positive note. I can’t totally recommend.

Something has changed at this location. Disappointing as i liked this lunch spot. I stopped in yesterday and ended up leaving because I waited 15 minutes while the woman continued to make call in sandiches instead of waiting on me. I was there today for lunch. Screaming child in the kitchen and serving area; server pretended to wash hands but there was no soap at the sink; food was cold; and the person prepping my food kept touching his face and telephone/register with the same gloves he wore to make my sandwich. The woman seems to be just miserable. Terrible experience and my food ended in the trash. I will not be returning.

This place is an absolute joke. The new ownership here is completely incompetent. Everytime I walk in it’s a different issue. They never have chocolate chip cookies at dinner time. Does not seem difficult to simply make more through out the day if you are always out at dinner time. The soda machine doesn’t work right half the time and tonight was the cherry on top. I walk in and ask for a flatbread. The worker didn’t even know what a flatbread was and had to be helped. I then ask for my meat and she does not stick the correct amount on, goes to make it like it’s wrap and had to be told 3 times it’s a sandwhich, not a wrap. It was so bad I turned around and walked out. Avoid this place with this new ownership. Will never be back

I walked in. Saw a tiny lady with black hair restocking the bread. She made eye contact with me and I said “Hi” she said “Hi” she continued stacking I was she’ll probably just finish up that tray and help me. Lol, no. She continued to put away all the trays of bread. I’m thinking damn that’s a lot of bread lol. It’s cool she’ll just help me when she’s done that’s fine. Also no, lol. She finishes putting away all the bread looks at me again says “Hi” and I’m like “Hi??” And she laughs and walks walks away She sent a teenager out and he was like “hi” and I’m like “HI.” Lmfaoo. He was nice and helped me but God damn that was a fever dream of a subway trip lol
