This store needs to be staffed with ADULTS. I am all about kids having a job, but absolutely no restaurant should be ran by a bunch of kids, with NO adult supervision, for them to treat the customers how my family was treated tonight. I will be filing an offical complaint and making sure action is taken. Paying patrons should NOT be treated like we were!!!!!

I will never go here again. I placed an order the sub is a sub that is supposed to have 1/2 a pound of meat they shorted the meat simply because they are low on inventory if I’m paying for something I want it the way I want it and that is that. I suggest Noone goes there. There is a subway 2 miles from there on palomino drive I suggest everyone goes there instead. To short me simply because of low inventory that is sad.

i brought my dog into subway one day (she’s a service dog still being trained) i just came back in today and they remember us the first thing this lady said was “are you the couple who brought your dog in here that one day” it made me and my partners day that she still remembers us probably after a year. (i wish i would’ve gotten her name) she definitely needs a raise or something she is amazing i love her so much. i’m going to add some photos of our baby sense she asked what she looked like! thank you for being amazing as always!!

We asked for no peppers and the workers stood there and laughed at us for no reason after giving each other dirty looks. Then, after they messed up the bread we asked for, they made comments and made it seem like it was an inconvenience to fix THEIR mistake.

Subway is 0/2 for my last two orders. Thought I might have a better experience by driving an extra mile to a different location.
This time I received the messiest, ugliest Subway sub I’ve ever seen.
Unfortunately, the real problem is that this sub was not made as ordered, it’s even missing cheese.
Maybe you are taking “sandwich artist” to an extreme. Reality is, I ordered a sub a particular way and expect it that way. No “art” or creative liberties please… It’s not like I ordered Lobster Thermador… It’s a sandwich, it’s an easy job, and it’s sad that it can even be done so poorly, so consistently.
As the saying goes… “Only you could F___ up a ham sandwich”
This sub was tuna, not ham, just to be clear….

went in and got three subs. when eating in the restaurant, I noticed a hair in one of the subs. we went back to ask for a refund and were told they werent allowed to issue one. staff had attitude.

ONE person working. So , he is overworked, leading him to give HORRIBLE service. Smashed my entire sandwich while packing it up, gave me a HANDFUL of everything I asked for (which some people may love, but I don’t want 200 black olives on my 6 inch)

There is a chunkier dark haired girl in here my wife ask what the special of the day was this girl had a problem from the start being straight pissy huffing and puffing so my wife said screw it let’s leave so we walked out and my wife said get a job if you don’t like customer service and she followed us out cussing at us and swearing us out then came back out recording and bitching at us again this lady needs needs to be fired it doesn’t matter how much a customer pisses you off you don’t follow then out cussing them out I will get her name and update

Food was good, however I shit a brick when they told me my total was $35.00, FOR TWO PEOPLE!!! And then they wanted a tip on top of it all? I could have had steak dinners for a few more dollars! It’ll be a while before I visit a Subway again. Right down the street from this Subway is a local Italian restaurant with delicious sub rolls that is less money.
