Worst sub I’ve ever ordered. Bread was burnt to a crisp. Absolutely lacking meat. Ordered a steak sub and even with toppings you can’t see anything in it. Store was low staffed with someone just taking phone orders. Lightly toasted turned out burned. I was unable to eat it and threw it out. Waste of money. Photos open faced, nothing but bread… Don’t bother at this location.. if I could give NO STARS I WOULD!!

Lazy night shift. Got to location 20 minutes before closing. Door locked. Lights on. Open sign. I watched the employee pick up the phone as I called them. Only to watch him put it back down and ignore it. Twice! Same employee both times. I’ve been coming to this location for years. And this was the last straw for this location. Day shift is awesome. Night shift is lazy and ignorant. All they are doing is hanging out talking behind the counter.

They tried to charge me 30$ for a 20$ order. I had to correct the kid and save myself 10$. The older man has a serious attitude problem. Would not even look at me. Probably shouldn’t be working in customer service if he can’t simply be polite to paying customers. This is the first time I have ever written a complaint anywhere. I worked in a restaurant of it 5 years. I hate complaining. Do better.

Horrible service. Ordered online paid for it and they refused to give us our food claiming it didn’t show up in there system. Even after i proved we Ordered from the correct store they said there was nothing they could do about it. They took our money and gave us nothing for it.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Subway on Monday, primarily due to the rude behavior of the owner, Chuck. My friends and I were shocked by the poor attitude displayed by both him and his employees.

When we placed our orders, it seemed like anything we requested was met with irritation. For example, one of my friends, who is pregnant, received a sandwich that was absolutely covered in pepper—it was so excessive that it turned black. Instead of addressing our concerns, Chuck merely suggested that we should order online to avoid dealing with their poor attitudes. He also dismissed our complaints by saying that everyone has bad days, which I can understand to some extent, but this particular employee has consistently shown a lack of professionalism.

I’ve visited this Subway numerous times, and each time, the atmosphere is the same. It feels like the employees view their jobs as a burden, and unfortunately, the owner seems to mirror that attitude.

I plan to have my friend share a photo of the sandwich to illustrate just how unappetizing and poorly made it was. The final straw was when Chuck told me to never come back because he didn’t appreciate my feedback. I gladly accept that, as I no longer wish to pay for overpriced food accompanied by such unpleasant service.

In summary, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Subway, and I hope this feedback prompts some changes for the better.

The best subway ever….got the sweet chicken onion terraki and two bags of chips….the sub was amazing and the customer service was awesome. Josh was awesome at making my sub and customer service was awesome too.
