Ok, did the FLBOGO promotion on the app and this is what we got for 2 tuna footlong subs! Not sure if because of promotion or what but there’s hardly any sign of tuna in these Has happened on more than one occasion and I finally decided to confront them. Not nice what came next / took one back in and asked her to show me where the tuna was ~ she dug around and couldn’t really find much evidence Showed me another customers tuna footlong she was in the process of making and I said yeah! I see the tuna in that one Well, my remade one does indeed have tuna in now. She discourteously said to me ‘Any time this happens to you just bring it back in and we will remake them.’ SERIOUSLY?!?
#1 ~ I shouldn’t HAVE to bring them back in to be remade &
#2 ~ Don’t degrade me and raise your voice at me trying to make me feel like the bad guy in front of other customers especially considering you skimped on the first two originally….

Ordered a chicken rotisserie sub tonight. When we brought it home it took a bite and there was no chicken. Opened it up and had to dig to try to find the chicken. The portion sizes have changed drastically in the past year or so. My husband ordered double meat for his sub and they gave him what would be a normal portion. The picture speaks for itself. Instead of Where’s Waldo it’s Where’s the Meat! Also, the churro we got is hard as a rock.

This place is in my top 3 favorite places for foods, when I walked in it was nice and cool perfect for the hot day, and there was a HUGE line, like I’m talking 10 people or a couple more, and there were three people working and I went with my mum and they did a super quick, super clean, super good job at making all the subs and helping people, they did it so quick and perfect, and my sub was absolutely DELICIOUS
The photos on the wall are BEAUTIFUL, a Saturn meatball with a onion ring around it, a cheese book, cucumber glasses, olive music notes, a heart made of bread sticks it’s beautiful pictures. And the tables were super clean, like I could EAT OFF IT, well that’s what it’s made for lol…

I am a long term customer at this location (approx 15 years!). Within the last 6 months the previous owner sold her long term franchise that she had here in Manchester, PA which was always clean and had a very friendly staff. I had my doubts at first if it was going to maintain its friendly and fast service as this location had always been the best Subway location in PA (that I’ve known!) to get a quick meal and catch up with the local staff that were serving you. Although there have been many changes out of their control with the national franchise the core has remained here: Fast, friendly and convenient service whether you order in or online. The staff may have changed, but at this location they have been more than accommodating to me for the short time that I have gotten to know them.
