Came into Walmart to get some stuff and decided I would stop in subway for a quick snack. Pretty gross witnessed the girl working today playing with her hair then putting gloves on not washing her hands and making and touching peoples food. Pretzels were also hard and not good and after seeing that I won’t be eating the rest. Pls do

Guy making subs was probably the rudest person I ever encountered in a restaurant setting. Told me and my partner to keep it moving and kept eye rolling. The cashier however was very pleased to. With as many people looking for jobs, Maybe since this individual dislike his so much ,maybe you can relieve him of his duties,and hire someone more professional.

I’ve ordered here a few times, but this most recent time I ordered the outlaw, with a few small changes to fit my preferences, and it was the first time I had it; it was one of the best subs I’ve ever had if not the best. The customer service was great: everyone was polite, patient, and gave great advice when I was indecisive, the sub was DELICIOUS!!!
5/5 stars on all accounts for my favorite Subway. I will absolutely eat from here again.

Went in on 2/22/23 to order some last minute catering trays for a training my store was doing. I spoke to the manager on duty (I did not catch his name) and he was absolutely phenomenal! So pleasant and accommodating, I honestly can’t say enough nice things about this gentleman. The sandwiches were delicious, the veggie spread was put together very nicely. It was perfect!

Had a very great experience yesterday around 12:30. Had a young lady serve me pretzels. They were fresh, warm and she did a great job. She was working her butt off to make sure all the customers got served and she kept up with making fresh pretzels. Definitely will be back in the future

Went there today while my dog was at grooming in the same shopping center. Seemed clean and tidy. Restroom was clean as well. The food was about as good, fresh, and clean as you would find at any Subway. I say this with absolutely no bias or whatever, but language communication with one of the sandwich artists was nearly impossible without pointing to what was requested. The second sandwich artist, a young woman or older teen, pretty much had the personality of a cinder block. All that being said, I’m not much for conversation, and the food was ultimately good, so no complaints here!!

Came in to grab dinner the other day. It had been a rough day & I wasn’t anticipating the employees to influence a massive shift in my mood – but that’s exactly what happened. 2 of the employees, Kaliegh and Shana, were so personable and friendly that I left with a smile. My food was great, but my experience was even better. As someone who works with the public, I can appreciate those who go above and beyond for their customers – & that’s exactly what both of these girls did. Thank you Kaliegh and Shana for being so wonderful!!!! Give these girls a raise!!!

I usually love this Subway and get great service, but today when I visted around 5pm there was a new employee working. He did everything he could but his trainer seemed to not be helping him much at all. My sub ended up cold because I don’t believe the new employees trainer showed him properly how to use the toaster, my sub was also a loose mess when i opened it because his trainer also happened not to teach him how to wrap the sub properly after being made. As I mentioned I usually love this Subway but a cold chicken sub is quite a terrible experience.

Went by there today and ordered our food and got a table. Seconds after sitting down my husband got two bites in and I spilled my drink and it knocked his food off the table. The manager calming got up and reassured us everything was okay (as I stood there like a deer in the headlights) and jumped into action cleaning it up. I offered to help him but he instead let us get a new sandwich and helped move our table. In the world we live in today this type of empathy was well needed. Wish I would have gotten his name but I was so embarrassed I left with my tail between my legs. That man deserves a raise. Food was perfect and the people behind the counter was understanding and helpful. I’ll be going back but not to drop my drink again. Lol
