The customer service sucked!!!
The bathroom was really dirty.
I believe it was the owner that took our order.
He was rude because I ordered a protein pocket and you can “only” have what the description says. No substitution. The younger girl was also rude.

The service here was outstanding and the food was good. But four 6 inch subs and a few cookies cost us almost $40. Not great value.

I have doordashed from here twice first time they forgot to toast it and put jalapeños in one of the sandwiches and we didn’t ask for those. 2nd time you guys also forgot to toast. it was still good but please don’t forget to toast it

Totally ripped off never seen prices this high at a subway nobody use hair nets classic subs 20 a meal paid over 60 dollar for 3 foot longs n one 6 inch thats not actually 6 inches. Wont spend my money at subway again.

Ordered a tuna wrap with American cheese and black olives…total was $13.29. When my husband dropped it off, I was shocked. Little meat, not in a wrap but on a flatbread ( which according to the manager is now their wraps). $13 for a six inch wrap with hardly anything on it. Don’t waste your money.

Walked in and walked out. Girl looked at me but probably couldnt see through her bangs in her eyes to actually notice a person standing there. No hair net and hair very losey put up allowing room for hair in food no thank you. Also to mention I stood there for 3 minutes without any words spoken to me. First time going back in 3 years since last bad experience and it’ll probably take 3 more years and a crew change for me to go back again.

Walked in after work and nobody took my order I was the only customer there at the time. Two people working there, not once they asked me if I needed to order. Another customer walked in and he was asked if he ordered something and he said no I’m here to order and I said to him at least they’re talking to you I’ve been standing here for 6 minutes and no one has talked to me. And that’s when I walked out.

The store was very clean I was welcomed and waited on my a nice young man named Jacob possibly the manager not sure but he provided me with a great sub and great service. Thanks again Jacob I will be returning.

First I’d like to start off by the way the store looked. It was so dead inside and 3 employees working . The store was disgusting and filthy . No tables wiped down, trash all over the floor.
2nd I go to order and ask for a chicken teriyaki with bacon and pepperoni. Completely leaves the chicken off. So then she reheats it the bread. I told her that it was going to make the bread too hard. As expected, it did and the chicken was cold.
3rd the lettuce was brown, tomato’s were frozen to the trays where they sit on and the bread you could tell was old. My husband didn’t even get his toasted and it was hard.
4th the girls were in the back just messing around and hitting a vape indoors.
5th the bag they gave us snapped and food almost went everywhere
Spent almost $50 here and should’ve just went to a real restaurant. I could go on and on how terrible the experience was here . I’m glad I used the bathroom before I came. I could only imagine how filthy it was in there . Subway needs to ditch the three girls here and rehire some real workers to actually do their job. That would resolve just about every problem I noted above. Obviously they are only there for a paycheck.
