This location has really turned around since they got a new manager. My wife and I eat here several times a week now. The staff is friendly and professional. The manager remembers us and always goes to the next step to make us feel welcome. We now feel that this is the best subway in the harrisburg area.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. They were busy and only 1 person was working. Their menu is different from the last time I was here but still offers the original favorites. I had a foot long sub, multi grain with tuna with provolone and green peppers and spinach. My partner had the Chicken Bacon Ranch with lots of toppings. Subs were good and fresh. Tables were clean. Danny, who was the only one there was efficient and pleasant and treated every customer as if they were the only one! No rushing..and everyone seemed ok to wait their turn to order. What a nice change. Keep up the good work, Danny, and keep your pleasant attitude. We need this today!

We come for the meal of the day every other Sunday. Adam is a very friendly, generous employee who always greets us with a smile and a sense of humor! The sub is always made to perfection!

Worst atmosphere ever. Guy was serving his two sisters as shown in the photo. They were laughing and having fun while I waited in line being the only customer behind them for more than 20 minutes. The girls were keep cursing inside the subway. He was treating this subway like it’s his own personal restaurant and only open for his family and sisters. I walked in at 2:23 and walked out at 2:59. Pathetic and ridiculous. I’d give them 0 if I could and this would be my last visit up here and I’ll make sure to make as many people aware of this place as possible . The dude that works here His pants were half way down showing his butt and no professionalism at all. Worst subway experience ever man.

We were disappointed during a recent visit. We ordered subs online an hour and a half a head of the pickup time. I got there at the pickup time and subs hadn’t been started. When the employee started making the subs, she stopped and told me the toaster was broken. I asked if she could refund the charge so I could go somewhere else. She evaded the question and said she could warm the sub in the microwave.
I understand refunding an online payment may be impossible. There should be a way to offer the customer a voucher for a future discount. The employee was very polite and apologized, but I’m not sure I’ll visit this location again. I definitely won’t order online from this location again.

So I called before going to this subway to see if the honored the coupons mailed out for Harrisburg area. They said they did. I went to this subway and got a different answer when I tried to use the coupon on a roast beef sub. “We don’t honor the coupons on premium subs.” I reviewed my coupons and when I asked where the sign was outlining this subway’s policy on coupons I got: “There is no sign. It’s up to the owner. I just do what she tells me to…” seems like a poop show way to run things. This is the second subway that doesn’t want to honor the coupons sent out in the mail, but wants the business they generate. At least have the decency to be transparent. Put a sign up and don’t tell people one thing on the phone and another in person.
