After standing in line for 10 minutes, it was our turn to order and the employee said that she has to close the food area up in 5 minutes, so we couldn’t order.
I asked her why she didn’t tell us that sooner and her response was “I was busy with the customer ahead of you.” I get that, but the employee and the customer were just making small talk and the customer had already ordered, paid & gotten her food. She could have said “excuse me a moment” to the customer, and then let us know instead of letting us stand in line for 10 minutes.
This location absolutely sucks.

I ordered a Garlic Roast Beef and received something else. I had eaten a couple inches of the sub before I noticed. When I went to the counter the clerk started to give me a small portion of Roast beef, I asked why don’t you just give me another sub. They were calling someone and said they’d make me a 3″ sub because I ate half.
I’ve never heard of anything like that. The clerks were obviously not American and I informed them that the American customer service procedure fur giving someone the wrong order is to give then a free one that they wanted.
When they refused I put the remainder of the sub and the drink (with a few swallow used) on the counter and asked for a refund. She refused and I left the store without my order.
