Would give less than one star if I could. We came at around 5:30pm on a Friday and the doors were locked. We stood there for a minute to decide where we wanted to try next then they came to unlock the door. He hardly looked at us let alone say anything. It stank of something other than food upon entering and I questioned if we even wanted to eat at that point. Then they didn’t have any itallian or itallian herb and cheese and we decided to leave. This is the last time we will try this specific store.

Walked in about 20 minutes before noon, with a footlong combo coupon and was denied use of the coupon for a roast beef & pepperjack sub. I was accused of wanting the “The Beast Garlic Roast Beef” which is clearly stated on the coupon as an exclusion. I understand the reason is due to the sub has double everything – not what i was even looking for… So the guy immediately skipped me and took the next customer. He refused to make me anything, so I walked out to patronize a REAL customer focused establishment. Please don’t waste your time going to this Subway beside the Redner’s in Palmyra, PA. They act like you’re inconveniencing them… how do you stay open?! Hard working Americans who make the drive to buy something for lunch, don’t deserve to be treated like garbage.

Good subs! But went in with a coupon for 3 footloose for $17 dollars. They don’t take coupons. Left with 3 footloose, discounted but over $30.

Well just read the other reviews. The are cheap rude and could care less if the customer is happy. 3 to 4 pieces of meat for a footlong? Save yourself the trouble and find a new spot this is akin to a joke.

No chips were stocked and the cooler of drinks was pretty much empty. My son wanted a cookie but they were out of cookies too. We waiting about 30 minutes for 3 subs to be made.

Can’t see the meat, was not good. The veggies were even worse. Every piece looked dried out like it had been sitting out for days, use to be good, but it was terrible. Service was good but very slow.

The staff was rude and disrespectful , the food was covered you couldn’t even see what they were serving you. The lady pointed and said “vegetables” and rolled her eyes at me. As I told her none. And you couldn’t even see anything. Then she packed my stuff up to go and almost didn’t give me my receipt so i pointed back and said receipt. And she oh and laughed. Walking away from the register I was going to sit and eat but you couldn’t because all the tables were filthy. What a sad experience. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I think this place needs a professional to come and check them out. The second you walk in is the second you feel uncomfortable. Very disappointed
