I went in 8pm to get a subway & training in manager assistance (LEVI) got very upset because she was cleaning up to close store. Mind you the store was only going to close at 9pm a whole hour before to even experience the nasty attitude. She changed completely her mood once I gave back to her I returned… food was cold and very sloppy. The cleaning rag was next to the station where food is being prepped to customer and mind you the
Knife was dirty with previous sauce… this place absolutely sucks and still waiting for the manager to reach out to explain what has happened that night… will be contacting corporate!

Mel and Hailey were SUPER helpful making our subs and getting our coupons applied to our meals. Only critique was this location didn’t have sour cream & onion Lays chips (at least this visit they didn’t, but all other items were stocked and ready for customers!) Ordered through the app and didn’t receive 2 of 3 items I purchased. I called the store and nobody answer like the number is not available. I did it through their chat and then I got an email saying to contact the carrier of my purchase which i don’t know because I ordered through the SUBWAY APP not another 3rd party carrier. Never got the items or my money back.

Both 6 inch subs and footlong sandwiches are too expensive now a days and rather than prices for food at Subway decreasing right after the long Covid-19 pandemic, prices at Subway were the exact opposite. $9.50 just for one plain chicken footlong sandwich; close to $7 just for a plain turkey footlong and close to $3 just for one bottle drink no matter if it is a bottled soda or a bottle of water. If anyone is low on money or is trying to save money; I do not recommend going to any Subway location until further notice because of Subway cooperate or management has a habit of making their food prices expensive every single year. I enjoyed coming to Subway for a long time now but due to the food being more expensive than a while back, Subway is soon going to lose some customers because either the quality of the food went downhill a little bit or is it the fact that management or cooperate is too careless enough to lower their prices?

Somebody give Brayden (sp?) a raise immediately. This is a demand, not a request. This individual did a PHENOMENAL job with an extremely specific request for my sandwich, and they absolutely made my day. The establishment itself is clean, well maintained, and welcoming.

Little to say. Rating speaks for itself. Employees just rush your order. I asked how was your day the reply was what bread would you like. It’s like their mad I came through the door. 0 out of 10. Wish somebody would genuinely like to talk to people in that store. Or any subway around here

Came in at 8:40 and they locked the door when they saw me coming and refused to let me in. Its not the first time they do this. Cleary they are supposed to close at 9 pm but looks like the employees here close at whatever time they want and management doesn’t care, allows it.

Seems that young adults these days are more worried about impressing there friends than they are the customer. I get it I worked at a subway too in my younger years. Its cool when your friends come in you want to wait on them and show off a little that’s wonderful but finish helping the customer you’re with first. Other than that gold star to food service workers these days I wear a mask all day already but theres no way I could all day in the food service kudos to everyone and keep on keeping strong

It was a drag ordering on line, only way to get the BOGO offer. The server (woman) making the sandwiches was unfriendly. The meat was in scraps as if swept from under the meat slicer (Dickensian).Heard another patron complain, “there is no meat in my Sandwich”‘. The server,did not put any veggie condiments in one of our sandwich, which was also dripping dressing (not ordered). Overall, even with the BOGO OFFER it was not worth it.

My husband and I ordered 6 subs they never gave us the 6th sub will not go back there ! Taking people money for there food or items and than not getting them in return . Ridiculous I will never go back there 65.76 for 6 subs and missing one and the other subs were dried out them meatballs were raw and cold my daughter steak was still frozen . People need to get there act together cooking .
