Chicken teriyaki on flatbread, provolone, onions and pickles. 5 ingredients… yet this was my pick up order. This subway has gone downhill over the last couple years. I’ve been a customer since 2014 . I will not be returning.

1. Why when multiple subs are ordered (online) for pickup, are they not labeled??? Instead you have to open everybody’s to find yours.
2. So glad I paid for extra cheese…to only be placed on the top of the sandwich! I believe most people would put the cheese on the bread under the meat, that way you are more likely to get cheese with most bites you take…especially when you pay for extra cheese!
3. Sure would be nice if there was sauce on some of the actual meat… there’s more sauce on the wrapper than there is on the meat of the sandwich!

I just got the worst service in my entire life. A very rude manager named Malika or whatever her useless name is. I bought so many it was just dumped in the bag, not labeled and I politely asked and she said I have other customers so I am done with you. I have been here before and they where very mannered and respectful. But this so called manager is so disrespectful and insulting. The other guys that where attending to me where so nice.

The new owners fired all the good employees, and sell expired food and bread. They force the employees to change the labels when the food goes bad and resell it to customers. If you’re not looking to get sick or food poisoning I would highly recommend going to jersey mikes instead of this subway.

April 21st: They’re supposed to be open at 8am I showed up at 9 and it was still closed while I watched a man walk around inside with no care for the time
Update May 3rd: I have been contacted by the manager through my Facebook messenges that I either take this down or am banned from the store.
Great to see how they treat their reviews.
Update May 3rd 10pm: the manager has now sent me a picture of my work bio adding the comment of “I think it’s unprofessional to lie when you yourself work in the food industry. You know how harmful false reviews can be. Next time reach out to me and we can discuss things like civilized human beings. Have a great day.” Frankly I think this is treading on a threat. Has anyone else had this kind of reaction to their review? I hope not.

The sandwiches are fine, maybe a little lighter portion wise than other places nearby. The real issue is they’re never open! I’ve stopped here to pick up food for myself or friends, and they’re always closed early. Maybe it’s just bad luck that I stop here whenever they close early, but what are the odds of that?

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway restaurant. The manager on shift was incredibly respectful and organized, and the other staff member I spoke to was very friendly and relaxed.
I had a special request with the change of gloves for dietary/religious purposes. The manager Matthew complied with the request, to which I made an off-handed comment that when I go out to eat it isn’t always so easy and sometimes I order a different item because of it.
After I got my order Matthew assured me that in this restaurant I should never worry about asking for a change of gloves and that he and his staff valued being able to meet demands like that.
A lot of people talk about inclusivity, but here I got to see the value exercised.
