Ate here for lunch. The two workers were very kind and helpful. All got subs and a meal. We used the fountain soda and the mountain dew was completely off, but they offered us bottles instead which was generous. Guessing it was a fluke as he said it was replaced just that day. Place was nice and clean. Parking was full because it is shared with other businesses. Restroom was closed oddly enough. There is a cluster of businesses behind Subway and there was a sign for restrooms there but then another sign saying for that particular business so we had to go elsewhere.

Nicely maintained and quick service location in Hershey. Stopped here for lunch and ordered a vegetarian sub, and the staff is very friendly and patient and took the order correctly, and accommodated adjustments in getting the sub ready. The seasonings and baking everything was spot on. The store is maintained very well. Nice location to grab a sub.

I am not usually a Subway person, however, my sister was famished since we drove up from Philly early and needed food. I was pleasantly surprised. The bread was just made and the turkey was fresh. We ordered the #15 &20 and they were tasty!!!

Ordered a plain old chicken bacon ranch, no elite items, not rotisserie chicken, nothing special. Was charged for elite and then when I told them I got charged for the pricier option, they argued it was cheaper. Why would it be cheaper to get an elite sub with rotisserie chicken than just the plain old chicken on bread? $11 for a 6 inch is wild. Anyway, this location also doesn’t accept ANY in app offers or rewards. Even has a sign in the store saying they don’t accept coupons or discounts. To top it off, didn’t ask me or give me a second to scan my app for points. Will never be coming here again.

This place is awful. We ordered 3 cheesesteaks and a chicken ranch sub. All 3 of the cheesesteaks were ice cold. When we called to speak to management she tried to tell us because we didn’t have it toasted it doesn’t get heated up. We said cheesesteaks are supposed to be hot. Then she tried to say their location doesn’t heat food then it was it was a new employee who made the food. Ridiculous customer service and comical unprofessional management.

This was a convenience stop for lunch. They were friendly and our food was good. They were cleaning equipment while we were there. They do have a nice area in back with a TV.
