Subway app sent order to this location, it was the wrong location. It took several minutes for someone to pick up the phone and they refused to cancel the order and refused refund. $43.51 gone while not receiving any food. Poor customer service. Happened Dec 13, received an automated email then no response.

One star because of your rude behavior and poor service. Just asked for one cookie and asked them to warm it up. They were rude in saying no. They said they don’t do such things here. I said no subway say no for that. They said we say no and we don’t do here. The guy was full to attitude and don’t have any customer service skills.

When checking out, they decided to charge me for the mozzarella on the sandwich even though it already comes on the #12. That is the Turkey Cali club. I tried to tell the woman that but she wasn’t understanding it and I even pointed to the sign where it clearly lists what is in it. I wasn’t issued a refund for the mischarge. Very poor service and they should know what is in their sandwiches.

This review of the business is limited to the service and atmosphere. Food was the standard subway food so , no complaints. However, the dining area was not clean, no trash bin in the restroom , the person who was working there was rude .

I walked in and there was a lovely women who made my food. She made it on a quick manner leaving no room for error. I had time to sit, eat, and even walk back to work before 30 min. Great customer service

I ordered the coffee using the app, but the waiter refused to provide the coffee, saying they are closed. I have paid in the app and they asked me to refund. Sad experience. These staff should learn to show kindness, take responsibility, and respect their customers.
