If I could give no stars I would. I made an online order and went in to pick up. Never greeted, just stared at until I said something.When I felt the bag of my order and realized my sandwiches were not toasted as ordered on the app I got a snarky “what’s wrong”. I said, “my sandwiches should have been toasted” and the staff said, “no toasted” and pushed the receipt towards me. My receipt did in fact say toasted. I left without it being fixed due to the poor customer service and tone when I explained. When I then got to my vehicle and opened up the packaging both of my FOOTLONG subs had two small slices of tomatoes. Poor quality food and poor quality customer service.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to in my life. The woman refused to make my salad as I requested. I asked for extra tomatoes and she added 1 slice each time i asked. I had to legit stand there and ask 6 times. She kept trying to put things in it i didn’t want. She said my salad was too big and it had to be under the line or i couldn’t have it. I’ve never heard of this before? I paid almost 7$ for 2 handfuls of lettuce, 10 slices of tomato and a few slices of onion and this woman said I had too much. I didnt even get to add oregano or salt or pepper to it! I asked for vinegar on the side and she started filling a cup up with oil! Then when I told her no oil just vinigar she told me to stop! Absolute ignorant trash. Whoever owns this place should find new staff as i will NEVER be stopping at this location again.

I ordered a sub from here I order a Italian Herb and cheese bread for a Italian sub and extra cheese first of all didn’t get the Italian herd and cheese bread I got the plain one and second of all didn’t even get any cheese. And to top it off they used a dirty knife to cut my sub so I don’t know what sauce is on it where it was cut.

Very bad customer service. If I could give it no stars, I would. The attitude of the person who serves you is very bad and they don’t treat you kindly. If you’re looking to eat something good and not spend time, I recommend not eating there. Those people don’t have good service and they don’t give you what you ask for.

We got there a quarter to 10 they say they close at 10 they told us tough luck they’re closing now what kind of business is that they tell you they close at 10 and then they close at 9:45 if I could give them negative numbers I would they weren’t even consider it or anything it’s just too bad as what they said I hope the corporate office reads the review if it says 10 that means your open till 10 customers are what makes you stay open

This subway isn’t clean and bathrooms were terrible. I should have turned around and walked out but we were hungry. Sign on door required mask but lady preparing food didn’t wear one. When asked why she wasnt wearing one she told me the sign was for people who were not vaccinated. Wonder how she knew who was and who was not. Veggies not fresh. Need I say more? Try another place.

Refused to honor the advertised FLBOGO (footlong bogo) deal offered on their Sonoco gas pump screen unless I ordered online thru App. When I went out to car to order from my phone. and placed it, it said this store doesn’t accept credit cards!! I walked into store to verify, since I saw people paying by credit card in the gas/Subway, and she said no! We decided to patronize another business elsewhere. Frustrating!
