Very disappointed in my experience here. Order subway online and didn’t realize it was a military ground. Very upsetting to someone who just moved to the area… Went to pick up my food security asked for ID , told me to do a U turn to the visitor center couldn’t find a place to turn around. Eventually the so called “cops” said I was violating the orders but I was completely lost. Highly suggest hiring more fit security guards. Officer Rozetar was completely rude . Very unprofessional… Subway food was okay definitely not the best …

Really upsetting experience at subway today when I was given the wrong sub. The person behind me in line also got a chicken and American cheese sub toasted however they got bacon. I am Muslim and do not eat pork for religious reasons. When I called and spoke to someone they said “they were busy and rely on the customers to catch this type of mistake”. It’s really hard to see bacon on a sub that is toasted with cheese 4 feet away behind a glass window. At the register when I paid they said it was a chicken bacon sandwich and I corrected them and said I didn’t order bacon and they gave me the sandwich anyways. They didn’t even take the time to check. This is very upsetting and also unsafe especially in the case this was a food allergy instead. Mistakes like this could cost someone their life. I understand they might be busy but slow down and ask questions to avoid situations like this. Also it’s really unprofessional to blame the customer for this mistake.

If you’re a vegetarian based on your religious beliefs. Go to another Subway. This one had meat all through every single container of cheese. I observed the servers using the same gloves and cross contaminated between the meat, cheese and bread while I stood in line. All employees who work with food should be Serve Safe Certified.

Restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, but was recovering after a super busy weekend so they were out of a few items. Staff was apologetic for not having certain items, but wasn’t a major deal-breaker for me as they have many options here. I tried one of their new sandwiches and was pleased with it, so will consider their new options as they are released. Parking lot is shared with the PX, clothing and sales as well as fuel, so it can get busy at times.

Great experience for 1st time there. The recent review by holly Edward’s was inappropriate and inaccurate. I was in line behind her and that is not what took place. Ms. Edward’s was rude to this young cashier who was trying to explain what was included while Ms.Edwards kids where taking chips off the rack. I wouldn’t expect any good ratings of truth from her since alot of her reveiws have low ratings. If you look at the reviews for this subway they are good. So stop bashing people and places if your not going to tell the whole story.
