All the one stars are justified. We had a horrible experience trying to eat here and they had a sign you couldn’t sit at a table so we sat at a different one that didn’t have a sign and instead of asking us nicely to get up a worker yelled at us from the front register. We asked for a refund and while they did refund us there was no reason to yell at a customer to get up when there wasn’t a sign on that table and the other sign was specific and looked as if you just couldn’t sit at that table. The employees were incredibly rude. I’ll never eat here again. There was also no real reason why we couldn’t sit down. They weren’t cleaning at all and the tables and chairs were fine.

The blonde girl working was very rude, no manners and talking about “her side piece” with her coworker and had the worst customer service as if we were inconveniencing her by ordering a sandwich.

My first complaint would have to be that while ordering dinner for my son and I, who I can only assume to be the owner based off the conversation I heard him yelling back and forth to the man behind the counter and then I was paying and giving this man my business he makes a comment about people in this area having a lot of tattoos and making a face in disgust almost (meanwhile I myself have a few tattoos) probably could not he himself had tattoos. Personally I felt like it was pretty disrespectful of you have nothing nice to say, keep your mouth shut. I won’t be going back.

Please do not go here in-between the hours of 11-2pm. They are to busy and understaffed. I waited 20mins for a sandwich and in those 45mins that it took to get my food I learned alot about this store. I basically felt like I was a part of their lives and I even got upset. So basically this employee didn’t show up for his shift to help the other employee who was overwhelmed with mobile orders and customers walking in until the next shift employee arrived and they knocked it out together. I wanted to quit too but I don’t even work there. Morale of the story if you walk in and only see 1 person making sandwiches then just turn around because they’re probably to busy to help you

Had to rate one star because it wouldn’t let me post otherwise. Ordered a ft long Ham wanted oil on it. The girl told me all they had was some kind of vinegar oil. Told her to put it very lightly wasn’t sure how it would taste. Ended up throwing the whole ft long sandwich away. Went and told her. She said nothing. I won’t be back to this Subway, again. Leaving feeling hungry and aggervatated at the same time. She didn’t even put the proper meat for the sandwich on it.

As always amazing!! I love subway! The sandwich I got (which was a Blt) was amazing! The staff there were amazing! One of them, liked anime and complimented my backpack! Which was an anime backpack themed as Haikyuu!
