The one worker Alexia should certainly not be in customer service. She has a poor attitude, furthermore she is constantly harassing other Walmart/Spark Driver workers. As driving through the parking lot as well, she was flipping us off several times. As she is working in the Subway, she is constantly on her phone, she constantly is giving dirty looks to people passing by as well. Many Walmart employees have constantly seen this harassment as well from her.

Everyone is always kind to me here. I used to come in 3-4 times a week since I work in the same plaza and I’ve not had problems here once! Everyone is very sweet and friendly and I look forward to stopping by and grabbing my lunch. I hope everyone here is having a good one =]

Placed an order on the app and when I went in to pick up my order, not all of items were in my bag and I paid for bottled drinks and I was given cups for fountain drinks, when I brought this to Courtney’s attention she got my chips and slammed them in my bag and told me that they don’t do bottled drinks. She said that the app saying that is out of their control and that her bosses would have to take care of it. I suggested that would be a good idea and she just walked about and started slamming stuff. If people cannot be friendly then they should not work in customer service. Very unprofessional and misleading.

Just another disappointing Subway inside a Walmart. Why are they suddenly charging for a soda when I just want water with my meal? It’s reasonable to charge 25 cents for a cup of water, not full price. Subway is way overpriced these days, and I don’t want to pay for a sugary soda when I am only going to drink water anyway.

ordered online through the app and the app messed up our order and was made completely wrong. I called for a refund and the manager said she’ll send coupons through the mail for two free sandwiches. it’s been over two weeks and still have yet to get them. it doesn’t take this long to receive coupons in the mail. I will be calling back for a refund! they gave us raw bacon in our sandwiches and we could have gotten food poisoning, this is ridiculous and will be calling corporate! this shouldn’t be tolerated!
