I walk in to get my pick up order and there’s an online pickup shelf at the door! How convenient! It’s empty, so i sit down and wait for my food. after a time, another customer walks in, checks the shelf and then goes to the counter where they ask her name. So I go up there and mine is ready. They are just too lazy to bother to walk it over to the specific area set up for a pickup? With a customer sitting next to it, obviously waiting. And it wasn’t busy, half the time I was in there, 0 customers. How awkward. Ill make the drive for Jersey Mikes, i guess.

Best subway in erie hands down! Staff is always helpful and friendly and the food is always high quality. One night i ordered through the app and in the order instructions i asked for my order to be made with love and i swear my sub was the best sub i have ever had, plus they gave me a free cookie with “much love” written on the bag. Cutest and sweetest experience i have had at a restaurant. Thank you for making my night!!

This is by far the best subway in the area. The bread is consistently fresh as well as the ingredients. The restaurant is always very clean. Even the chips are fresher. The service is quick and efficient. Everyone in the restaurant is very friendly.

It is a Subway. What kind of irritated me that apparently if you pay with a card you better select no for a tip because they automatically add it if you don’t. So I tipped without knowing and the Sub Artist gave me a big old eye roll when I asked for all toppings. You have one job and that’s it. 3 subs as meals 47 bucks.

Ordered online. Given a pickup time. Showed it was ready in the app I went to pick up and they hadn’t even started my order. So frustrating. Need to have the app do real time updates when the order is actually ready. The food was ok.
