I come here a lot an never had an issue till today. They screwed up my sandwich. On my lunch break. I have a time limit lunch break for work. And i had to walk all the way back because she messed up my d*mn sandwich. Wasting 20 min of my 30 min break. Terrible service. Wont be going back.

The Subway restaurant in Downtown Erie was recently built, so it was clean and the staff were friendly. I ordered the meatball Footlong with Italian cheesebread and it was delicious.

Horrible experience – delivery order was missing food. Driver dropped food on the street and put it back in the bag. When I called the Subway location – was told I could come in to pick up the missing food and had to contact doordash about the driver. When I said I wanted the missing food/drink delivered or a credit, was told “have a nice day” and they hung up. When I called back (3 times) – no one answered the phone.
