I had a very pleasant visit to this Subway. The ingredients were fresh, the bread was perfectly toasted, and everything tasted great. The team was professional and polite, and my order was prepared quickly. Highly recommend this location.

This subway used to be one of the best subways around for customer service and food quality. But since new ownership took over this is quite possibly the worst subway experience I’ve ever encountered. I made an online order and said it would be ready but they weren’t even close to having it ready. No one was getting served and a line out the door. There was a guy there that waited 15 minutes for an order he placed online an hour ago. It’s not just this time either. The food that I have received from this restaurant has been disgusting. It either has not prepared right, missing ingredients, not toasted when wanted it to be toasted, bacon was not toasted for a blt sub. What a disappointment when this is such a prime spot for a subway location.

Tried the new #22! Ghost pepper bread with chicken, jalapenos and Sriracha! So, so good! I couldn’t feel my face! And staff there were keeping busy. No one sitting around, just working and taking time to converse with customers briefly. Great atmosphere!

Placed an order and when I arrived, it hadn’t even been started. I asked the manager (or who seemed to be the manager) why, and he gave me an attitude, saying he was ‘making bread.’ The bread racks were already fully stocked, and meanwhile, only one employee was actually making food while this guy stood around doing nothing. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

We have been coming to this subway forever. But this experience that we just had was absolutely horrible. We ordered our subway online through their mobile app almost 30 minutes in advance. It said the order was ready and when we arrived, they have not even started it. We showed them our phone and they began to start our order, when we received our order, it was completely wrong and when we asked for them to remake it, both of the guys working at the counter, started arguing with us about how the sandwiches were made. When asked to speak to a manager, one of the guys behind the counter started arguing with us again. Never going back to the subway again.

What can I say? A quick trip in and out of Subway. The young lady making my sub was exceptionally quick and kind.
Challenging for a company to be just down the street from a very large competitor, but none the less, quiet and easygoing.
I do hate when I go into cities, and you have to request a key to utilize the restroom.
And, it’s not very attractive when the key you carry to the bathroom has a one foot stick of PVC pipe attached to it. Quite inconvenient, and doesn’t bode well for the community that utilizes the establishment.
It’s terrible that the management feels the need to prevent people from using the bathroom without stating it publicly for everyone in earshot to know. Certainly can’t do five stars in atmosphere for that.
