Foot long ham egg and cheese on flatbread. One egg (circle) was cut into 4 pieces. Half the cheese is missing, 5 leaves of spinach. $12 for this is pretty sad. Associate making sandwich customer service/attitude was very poor as well.

The food was good till today I ordered online for a later pick up time go in its ready I pick it up get home go to eat it it should be a hot steak sub ond of the only 3 to choose from now so I go to eat it and its all cheese sauce and vegetables like where’s the beef lol but really and I got 2 of them so if one isn’t right I’m sure the other one isn’t neither. I know it was all new people and you know when something works we have to fix it right right sure well that was the last time for me there the lost a good customer because I get was getting subs there all the time oh well fix some more things some of the worst food I have ever had

I placed an order on March 20th 2025 for around $27. I placed the order around 1130am to be ready and picked up by 125pm because my lunch break is from 130-2pm. My boyfriend went to pick up the order at 130 and it hadnt even been started. They weren’t busy and several workers were just standing around doing nothing, while 1 was making sandwhiches. He waited for 20-25ish minutes and by 1:50 they had JUST started my order. my lunch is over at 2 so there was no point in waiting and this was completely unacceptable. I placed the order 2 hours prior! He politely asked them to cancel it, that my lunch was now over, and to give me a refund. They said okay and he left. I later called after i was done with work and the woman i spoke to told me the refund would take 3-4 days. well a week passed, so i called again. this time the woman asked for all of my information and said she’d relay it to the district manager and my refund would be issued in 3-4 days. Then another week and a half passed! NO REFUND!!! I called a THIRD time to which a woman told me she knew about the situation and would tell her district manager to “get on it” but that he was a very busy man. I dont care, i work in customer service, this is NOT how customer service should be. this is unacceptable. it has now been another week since the third time i called and still no refund! The first or second call i mightve accepted a gift card with the balance owed, but not now! i want my refund, and I’m NEVER coming to this establishment again or giving my business to this specific subway. i understand things happen, again, i work in customer service, so i get it when things might take a little longer or have to ask more than once. but this is unacceptable. all he has to do is issue my refund, because the order i placed more than 2 hours in advance wasnt even STARTED by the time it shouldve been READY. This was very disappointing and frankly, disrespectful and frusterating. I’m not sure if they hoped id forget about it so they could keep the $27, or if they were just too lazy to contact the district manager, or if he just wanted to keep the money, but this is wrong. ive been more than understanding but now its been a month, and now I’m pissed. This is NOT how you do customer service. i want my refund. do better subway.

Horrible experience! First ordered on the app which took 30 mins to receive my food. Walked in to seeing the employees sitting down, there was a fly that landed on my sub multiple times (told them about it) as to they laughed! Asked them to reheat my sub (since was just sitting on the counter for minutes) to coming home to a stone cold sub, missing some items on my sub and a poor experience!

Bought 3 subs. All of them were hard from being toasted for so long. Was supposed to get double meat, I didn’t. Asked for extra mayo, there was barely any mayo on the subs. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Had 2 subs . Forest ham and turkey. Both tasted fine. Question: Ordered an autumn turkey sub listed on the Subway website but this site had no idea what it was? This has happened several times at other subways, too. Why is it on the menu if it isn’t available?

Best subway cookies I’ve ever had! We did a mobile order and went in to pickup. All the sandwiches were made as requested and the food was good. The only reason I’m not doing a 5 star is because I didn’t actually go into the restaurant so I can’t rate their service or appearance. But I’m pleased with my first visit so far!

This location falls subpar compared to other Subways in the region. The service left something to be wanted, though it would seem on boarding new staff may be to blame for this issue–something I’m sure anyone who has worked in the food industry can sympathize with. Putting the training aside, the staff seemed lethargic at best.
The store looked tidy and standard, however there were a fair number of fruit flies flying about the drink area which, I suspect, it likely caused by a less than thorough cleaning of the area.
Overall, not my favorite location in the chain, but only below the standard in the region.
