I went in to get food with my boyfriend. There were two ladies working: Ashley and brandy. Neither of them seemed to know what they were doing. They were kind of rude. Not to mention ordered a slushie and was not asked a flavor. Our subs were not toasted correctly. And she dropped the sub tray that goes in the oven onto the floor picked it up and continued using it on another customers food. Do not recommend this subway at all

Tried to have lunch at Subway, group of four adults, around 1:30pm, was a terrible experience. First we got to the counter and asked for a footlong on Italian Herbs and Cheese, we were told they didn’t have any. So we asked to have white bread instead, they only had one footlong in the white bread. The employees told us all they had left were the choices of flatbread or multi grain. The next two members of our group got stuck with the multi grain. The last member of the group was so upset by the service experience that we ended up going to Burger King anyway.

Additionally, the vegetables were frosted in the case. The employee also forgot to cut the footlong subs in half and we had to take them back up to be cut.

My hubby called me out so I’m leaving a review that is much deserved! He said “your complimenting this girl, so you should leave a review, you know you would if it was bad service” He is right I wouldn’t think twice if service had been bad.
Anyhow it was Black Friday at 4:40ish and this kid (looks super young) was the kindest and most polite food service worker I’ve had in forever! She was alone on a super busy day and she was apologetic which wasn’t needed, but she just was very polite and speedy as she could be dealing alone ya know. Food is almost always great so this is mostly just to make sure she gets a shout out for exceeding any standard I coulda had. Sorry I didn’t catch your name but my receipt says served by: 3058 so thank you for the great service!!

The worker was lovely. She did her best to try and get my sub made, however I was unaware they do not have buffalo chicken subs anymore. So we had to make a few adjustments but she did an amazing job.

We ordered our subs online after the order was placed we received a phone call a minute later saying they did not have the bread for one of the subs we ordered. We then told them the replacement bread we wanted. When we went to eat the subs bread was switched. Very disappointing. Do not order online at this subway!

I wish this place was a cleaner. Usually out of items. Twice I’ve purchased a fountain soft drink that was missing the syrup or flavoring. All that came out was the carbonated water. Of course I didn’t realize it until I was in my car on the way home.

Monkeys could do their jobs better than the waste of payroll they have behind the counter. Marta had massive amounts of hair dangling from her visor and then proceeded to start baking bread in the middle of taking my order. No thanks. Won’t be back.

Terrible.
Serve a steak subway with cold ass meat. Then when you call to ask about it the manager on duty (I guess) tells the person that answered the phone to “Just hang up on them”.
