Well I think I’m done ordering from this location. Bought a cold cut combo, got basically a sub roll with a slice of meat and a little amount of veggies. The prices just aren’t worth this bread only sandwich….

Only 1 employee was in the building working. I was getting a total of 4 subs. Soon as he pulled our breads out, and online order came through. He stormed over to that machine and ripped the paper off and threw it in the corner of the counter saying “too bad people, going to have to wait”. Then comes back to mine. Puts cheese on all 4 subs. Starts the rest of the 1st sub that needed toasted, but sat it next to the toaster. Starts working on my 2nd sub. A cold cut trio. He realized he grabbed a pre cut 6″ set, threw it away, and grabbed a full 12″ set. Before I could tell him the other two 6″ subs were also cold cut trios. His response to me was “well we are out of that now”. I asked if there wasn’t any in the back? He responded with ” I don’t know. But im not going to check because it’s just me and I dont have time to do that” (WOW). So I replied that I wasnt able to get the other two subs then. My kids only do cold cut trio. He finishes my 2nd sub, and tells me it’s time to check out, I had to point out that he didnt finish my 1st sub that still hadn’t been toasted yet!!! Just the amount of rudeness and flat out disrespect and unprofessional. Will never go back to that location ever.

I ordered two subs online earlier and when I got home both subs were wrong. We proceeded to call them to tell them and the girl (Stacy) on the phone insisted they were both correct even though I was looking at the subs and they were both clearly wrong, along with that she just did not have a great attitude. We went back to get the right ones and after she realized they were in fact wrong she gave us a dirty look and went to go make the right ones. Overall she just had a bad attitude for no reason and it was the worst experience i’ve had here.

We tried for twenty minutes to order online. Order 1 sub get the 2nd for a dollar. The website kept kicking us out before we could complete the order for the second sub. I drove from the country into Warren, PA to see if we could place the order in the restaurant. The staff assured me that I could get the same discount. I placed the order and when they rang it up there was no discount. They called the manager who informed me that there could be no discount. Sorry. I will NEVER order from Subway again and I hope others will take this warning and not expect any honesty or any level of customer service in Warren, PA

We ordered two tuna subs last night (7-14-25), and John helped us. He was exceptional. He took his time to make them, was so friendly and wanted to be certain that our order was right. Thank you, John. What an excellent employee and representative for Subway you are!

They always claim they have no meatballs our marinara sauce so they should probably remove meatball subs and pizza subs from their menu.

Decided to go to subway after a few years and I’m glad I did. Thomas and Tessa made the experience great. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The service was fast and the food was fresh. I will definitely go back.

I ordered about 60 dollars worth of food just for my salad to come with no lettuce but like 4 pieces and when I asked the guys just told me they are only allowed to put so much (which apparently is 0). Then, they only gave me a 6 inch sub when I ordered and paid for a 12in. I may never go to Subway again after this. Honestly, if I could rate this place in the negative, I would. It hurt to even put 1 star for any of this.
