They don’t accept legitimate coupons that are valid at any other location. The restaurant was very hot as if the AC was broken or just off on an 82 degree day. The staff was friendly, just very slow. There were only 2 people working. One was refilling teas while the other was trying to make everyone’s food…both moving slowly. Probably not their fault but they should have had more people to help them. What should have cost $13 with my coupon was over $25. I don’t see any reason not to accept a coupon except a greedy owner which is probably also why their staff is overworked and unappreciated. I will not be back!

Lettuce was nasty and brown on my sub. Was supposed to have double cheese and didn’t. Tomatoes looked slimy.. ended up throwing it out at home. So a waste of $12.

I love Subway and always have great experiences, however at this location the service was kind of inconsistent and inconvenient. I didn’t like that 5 people were involved in making one salad so I had to tell each one how I like it prepared… besides for the service everything else was great.

When I stopped in, they were very busy. Even though there were people lined up to the door the manager, who was working behind the counter with only one other person helping, was very pleasant and was working hard to get orders ready.

This was our first time at the Subway in Clarion…. The employee that was working was sooo nice and accommodating… She was soo friendly which made our experience great….she made our visit personal.. we were ordering 3 footlongs one for me, hubby and our son….she did the cutest thing…she put a sticker on each hoagie…one was labeled mom, dad and son!!! Such a cute personalized touch….loved it!! Now $28 for 3 footlongs….a tad pricey .. but loved it!!
