All I can say is LAZY!!! I ordered on door dash they cancelled my order 30 min before they were going to close. The first time they cancelled was because the driver had something go wrong with his car I understand that but placed the same order again cancelled again no explanation oh I know it’s because they were going to close. I ordered from them before this and they forgot half our order so I guess it’s my fault for trying them again. Someone needs fired there or new management something. Never again!!

They rushed through my subs so fast they didn’t toast them when I told them to. I said everything except spinach and they missed 3 different things. I said my husband wants 1 line up an 1 line down of ranch,she squarted it all over and they were just thrown together because they wanted to leave. I heard them after I walked away. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with them. The 2 girls on shift at 745-8pm Thursday February 18th were terrible customer service.!!

I just ate here with my daughter and my husband and I will NOT be doing it again. The restaurant was DISGUSTING. SO many flies and gnats flying around all the tables and the drink machines. The was also a very foul odor from the bench I was sitting. Like something was ROTTING nearby. I could only stomach to eat 1/4 of my sandwich before I had to leave. If me or my child gets sick anytime soon I will blame this subway for sure!!!

I inadvertently placed an order at this Subway as the app recognized it as being the closest to me. I immediately called this store and cancelled the order. That was 3 weeks ago and they still have not refunded my money. Really poor customer service.

I have wend to subway in Walmart in new castle pa and I wanted to order a chicken Teriyaki foot long sub I don’t know way the saying eat fresh that subway saying they was out of the chicken I what to have but I settled on a old burnt meat ball sub if I what that I would go to get my frozen meat ball form the store I don’t know way they need a kcup I was just asking for hot water and told that she was not aloud too do that.

Girl messed up on our sub. She seemed like asking a customer what they wanted on there sub was complicated. She even forgot our coupon and was like oh I can’t fix it. So word of advice don’t go to this subway.
