On February 11, 2026 around 5:00 PM, my wife and I visited this Subway location. We’ve been ordering the same sandwiches for years without any issue. I get a vegetable sub, and my wife orders a chicken bacon ranch with the meat and vegetables on the side. She only eats half at a time, and if everything is put directly on the sandwich, the second half becomes soggy and goes to waste.
This time, when we made the same request we’ve made many times before, we were rudely told that they “can’t do that.” There was no explanation and no attempt to offer an alternative solution. We would have gladly paid for a container if needed, but that option was never presented.
We decided to go to the Subway inside Walmart up the street instead. Unfortunately, that location had been called and told not to accommodate our request either.
We understand policies can change, but the way this was handled felt unprofessional and dismissive. As long-time customers, this was very disappointing.

Barley gave dressing and I ordered a 6 inch and it was definitely noticeable smaller then my friends 6 inch. I told lady and she said it wasn’t. Cucumbers weren’t good at ALL! Waste of money

Staff absolutely does not care at all and probably one out of the 6 workers actually know how to make , wrap and slice a wrap . I’ve tried so many times to get a wrap and it’s an absolute mess you can’t call it a wrap it’s falling apart so much to where it’s pretty much slop . Maybe training should be a bit better – also coming from someone whom previously worked at a subway this one is just god awful !!!

Ordered 1 sandwich and someone she knew came in and she started to chat.
Ignored me and I had to ask if I could get another sandwich….her response was “you didn’t ask”
Proceeded to toast my sandwich which I stopped immediately, she never asked me if I wanted it heated.
Upper management needs to know this.
I tipped her co worker, not her.

Christine made me the best subway I have had in a while, and reminded me that New Castle just does it better!! I live out of town and am visiting for the weekend and this is 1000% better than the one in my new city. You guys do a great job.

My local subway always does it right! The workers have changed over the years but whoever is working always gets it right. The prices are somewhat expensive but if you have the app or the coupons that come in the mail it is affordable. I don’t think I have ever been disappointed with this subway!

Staff was friendly and was happy to make two sandwiches that weren’t on the menu. I just told them what I needed and they were very accommodating. This is nice when your diet restrictions or have allergies.

I went to a local subway and before ordering I asked if there was a buy 2 footlong get one free offer in effect and the Male employee said yes. So we proceeded to order the footlong. After starting all of the sandwiches the female employee piped up and said the buy 2 get 1 deal was online ordering only. I had enough money for 2 sandwiches but not 3. I had to send my friend home to get more money just to pay for our food. The food was good, but they need to teach these young kids more than just how to make a sandwich.
