Was driving through Pennsylvania on my way to LA to see LeBron James of the Lakers, when I stopped by New Castle and wanted to get lunch from this subway. This was around 1 and I have not ate since last night so I was famished. I walked in the subway, and wanted the “Monster” cause I had a long trip ahead of me. The guy working there was named Trevor or something, and he was the kindest man I’ve met by far. He understood my order, and got it down precisely. If I could, would 100% come back here for Trevor and the Monster.

Don’t order Online for pickup; they will put the veggies in the bread, and then then they will toast the meat, cheese, and veggies at the same time. My veggies( green pepper and Spinach) were burned( black). the taste of the burned veggies was not good.

Got an email saying I have 14 days to redeem reward pts. Walked in today, and it went like this: young woman making subs asked me what I’d like and then immediately walked out the back door with her belongings. Walked over to cashier to see exactly how many points I had to redeem because the person taking my order was gone, then the new sandwich maker skipped me and started taking the only other person in the stores order. And between the 2 workers in the store, neither could tell me how to redeem my tokens. They just kept looking at each other and shrugging.

I arrived at 8:58 AM. People were inside and lights were on, so I walked in. The lady behind the register scolded me like I was a child saying “the sign isn’t on so I’m not open till 9 (remember it’s 8:59). That was ridiculous, so I waited. At 9:02, I walked back in. They let me stand there for 5 minutes while they slammed pans and dishes, all the while glancing at me, but never helping me or acknowledging that I was there. NOT EVEN A GREETING!!! This place is terrible, please do not waste your time in this low-down, dirty, disrespectful place. Thank you for your time.

Got the BLT and the girl only gave me 2 pieces of bacon instead of 4 on the 6 inch, I asked her about it, she said “no only 2.” So I just let it go although I know it’s 4 I’ve been eating this sub for like 5 years now so I know. Also she had an attitude and she gave me so much lettuce I felt like I was eating a lettuce and cheese sandwich lol it wasn’t good
