My buddy and I often go there for lunch. Most of the time there is only one person and she is epic. There can be 10 people in line and she is cool as a cucumber kindly as she efficiently gets everyone their order with a smile. She definitely deserves a raise for her service.

I looked at the menu for the price of a 12″ sub- $ 11.00. Not bad because the way these places over charge now. We go to the cash register, she says $12.50. OK they got me again. That is some place around 10% more than the menu. I go to my truck unwrap the sub. It’s looks like 12″ but it has the width of a hot dog roll. Ridiculous!!!

I stopped in to grab two meals real quick and the fixings that I needed weren’t available. I ordered a promotional cup and they didn’t have them at all even after having the promotions posted in the store. My whole visit wasn’t up to par. They deny an order due to too many sandwiches (9 subs) because, as she put, “I don’t want to do it.”
That was after denying to take the order over the phone due to the amount of food and said to use a third party app, so we did.
Which led to her saying “I dont want to do it” and canceled it on us by telling the dash driver.
That was over $100 worth of an order cancelled with no warning.

I have been eating at Subway’s for over 30 years and I just had the WORST meatball hoagie ever in my life. Every meatball including the sauce was burnt and tasted six weeks old. I threw the second half away which only had 2 meatballs on it. The employees are to blame to a certain extent, but ownership is absolutely pathetic, no leadership at all. Don’t waist your time or money. The place should be closed, instead of working their employees ragged and serving trash.

As someone else noted, the Hours of Operation are inaccurate. Online/sign on door says 10A. It’s 10:30A and the door is still locked and the open sign is off.
People have also noted the rude employee – and they aren’t lying. I’ve stopped going to this location because you’re made to feel as though you’re inconveniencing her. Very short and rude with customers. It’s just not a good experience.
Update: This location has gotten a lot better. I’m very thankful for the positive changes they’ve made. I’m happy to visit this location now. Keep up the good work, guys.

Wow what a store. Google says opening time is 8:30 . They don’t open over 9am even . I call them, a lady come out & says I will open in 30min. Gr8 service.
