I write this as I eat my sub: Of all the times I could have left five-star reviews but didn’t, I still feel that all the probable “5’s” + this “2” will even it all out; because today’s roast beef sub was the absolute worst I’ve ever had from ANY Subway (mostly W. Cunningham St 12+ years), and it’s been my “favorite” for years. Anyway, today’s order had only one very thin layer of roast beef, the bread was very SOGGY, as well as the cucumbers and pickles – which should have a nice, little crunch to them. Not up to the normal Subway standards.

If they gave away sandwiches I wouldn’t go, Go to Jersey Mike’s,they cut the meat in front of you . Use to be they were the top of the food chain, with the best subs,now they just don’t care.

When you order online here or any Subway in this area, you never know what you’re going to get. This used to be my go to Subway. There was a blonde lady who made my sandwiches perfect and they were always done on time.
Depending on who is working, the food and service can be less than adequate and I always tip when using the app.
I like a lot of lettuce. Lettuce is cheap. The app gives the option of getting more lettuce on a sandwich. So why do I get very little lettuce when I order my sandwich with more lettuce? Especially since I don’t get cheese so that would more than make up for it.
I get a veggie sandwich more often than other sandwiches. I don’t get cheese. So what am I paying for? A bun with very little veggies on it apparently. It’s a veggie sub so it’s based on vegetables. They’re not on there for decoration they’re the meal, like a salad.
What’s even better is when I order online, go to pick up my food at the correct time, and when I get there they haven’t even started making it.
These problems are with all the locations depending on who is working. It’s gotten so bad I think I’m seriously done with Subway.

I like to stop in in the morning after my shift for a quick brunch. Weekday morning staff are so kind and I have the store to myself. Food is always excellent, plus they have the deal of the day, and subway has a rewards program you can sign up for, too.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been in this location in the last few months and I WILL NOT be returning unless you guys get rid of the blonde curly head lady I’m not the only one this has happened to because my best friend dealt with her doing the same issue. I do NOT come into Subway to learn everything about her life I know how she’s getting a divorce, how her daughters are in dance I know you have to rant but not in the suite of your job. It took her almost 20 minutes to finish my subs because she wouldn’t stop telling me every detail about her life and not just that but telling us what’s going on behind Subway and at other locations. I’ll stick with the other subways in butler they are much better and staff doesn’t talk about their lives there like she does and the other stores are rather much neat and cleaner. Please Subway express to this employee the importance of keeping her home life at home and not at work.

I went in this morning at 11am for a sandwich on my break from work. I walk in and there’s no answer for two minutes. I heard some sort of youtube or TikTok videos from the back room and I had to call her over to make my sandwich. Her name was Liz. I ordered my sandwich and it took her 10 minutes. She immediately started with the waterworks and making excuses about going to a funeral a week ago. It took her another 5 minutes to make change for a $20 bill. I was there for a total of 18 minutes before I walked out with my one single sandwich when I was the only customer there. I was late to clock in from my lunch break. Not going to this subway again.

I ordered from them last night. I never got my food even though it said delivered. I called store 5x back to back before closing to try and fix it no one would answer. I called today and talked to assistant manager and she told me that I needed to just try and resolve it myself by trying for a refund on app. Not even bothering to try and make it right all I wanted was my food I was starving. If you like paying good money to be treated like trash this is the place for you. I’m beyond disgusted with their treatment of customers. I want the driver who “delivered ” it to be on blast too. They should block said driver and whatever house they supposedly took it to. Not even a sorry. Shame

We came here to grab lunch and the girl that made our sandwich did so many things wrong in food service. When putting the sub in the toaster she hit the sub somehow on the oven and the sub fell apart and everything fell off it. Instead of starting over she picked everything up that fell off onto the bake pan and surrounding areas she slapped everything back on the sandwich like nothing ever happened. It was a mess. BBQ sauce was everywhere smeared all over the paper and sandwich. So messy my boyfriend didn’t even eat it. Hot mess express!!
