Took a break from DoorDash to grab a sub quick. … Stood there waiting for 15 minutes while the lady made 10 other subs for people that weren’t even there! Thanks for keeping Dashers from working. You should prioritize and realize that if you make my sub I can go back on duty and I’ll be able to deliver those other ones that you’re making. … But the other way around you’re keeping me from making money and making a customer unhappy at the same time. I should expect even if someone isn’t in a hurry and just trying to grab something that you would stop making other subs for people that aren’t actually there. Or hire another employee!

The staff were very proficient, even being extremely busy worked together with precision getting our order out in amazing time. Very Impressive! Having said this, our sandwich was far less than satisfactory, less than one star. The chicken tasted old and tough, the bread hard for an inch or better on one end. Neither of us finished any where close to our 6 inch portion. Very disappointed!

In a way I felt bad for adding to the dinner rush, but I hope the two ladies, Julia and Heaven know that they are doing excellent jobs! The subs Julia made were delicious, and the two of them had it under control the whole time! Great patience from the two of them!

I enjoyed my sub but the lady took forever to put our sandwiches together. 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches is rediculous and we were forced into the pouring rain from how long it took. Not only that, half an hour after we finished, our stomachs were cramping. The other person I ate with said it tasted off.

This was my first visit to this Subway ever and my first visit to ANY subway in more than a year. I ordered a foot long rotisserie chicken and bacon sub.
It was very good but I am not sure I like Subway’s new rolls. They are still new to me even though they changed the rolls more than a year ago. The texture of the rolls reminds me of croissants with tear-away flakiness.
Service was prompt and courteous at the end of lunch rush. Sandwich construction was top notch.
I will return and would recommend this franchise.

Got subs for dinner from here last night. Wasn’t even 15 minutes from the time we got them home to eating and the bread was soggy all the way through, even without dressing. I made no mention of olives on my sub and somehow they made their way onto my sub. My husband’s sub was supposed to be the melt… and it was not. It was just the regular version but charged at the melt price. We have been trying to call and talk to a manager, but the young female working seems to think it’s funny and say different things like “Oh, she’ll be here tomorrow morning around 9” or “Try calling tomorrow” while laughing in the background. So guess who is making a phone call to corporate… this girl! This particular restaurant sucks… needless to say, won’t be going back to this one. Avoid this Subway at all costs!

Ordered 3 subs. 2 were burnt and I let it go. I had asked for extra dressing and was barely given any dressing at all. She did two swipes and put the dressing back not even asking if that was good. I asked for a bowl of soup also and they told me they ‘forgot to make it this morning’. On top of that their cookies in the case were burnt. Overall the employee just seemed inexperienced and doesn’t really care, will definitely not be going back again as this is the second time with a bad experience at this restaurant.

We come here a few times per month. They usually have my online order ready. One time I watched the workers make sandwiches of new walk in customers before starting my online order but that hasn’t happened in a while. Parking is extremely limited.

I’m not going to use the westmont location anymore. The last two times I went there I was disappointed. The sandwiches were very skimpy and when we used the ap the order was completely wrong. The employees were friendly but the quality of the food is more important. If you’re trying to save your restaurant money by sacrificing quality you’re going to lose more business.

I used to eat Subway a couple times a week because their subs taste good and are cheap. I noticed recently that the price of their subs has gone up. The cheapest sub they have is well over $6 for a footlong. Despite the increase it seems like the quality has slowly gone down.
