If I could rate this a zero star I would!! The man working today 10/18/25 literally screamed at us about coupons! Literally said using coupons is too much work for him!! Lied and said it was against store policy to use them! Was VERY unprofessional, rude, and quite frankly disgusting!! Whoever is in charge of this place needs some education in proper food service rules!!! Hair/beard nets are REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS!! Will absolutely be reported! I’d be embarrassed to be a part of this team!!

They will cheat you. They will lie to you. My wife and I went in to place and pay for 2 separate orders and use a coupon for each order. The “sandwich artist” said the computer wouldn’t accept the second coupon. This is an outright lie. The computer has no way of determining who the customer is. He just didn’t want to accept the coupon and didn’t have the courage to say why, probably because this is a violation of franchise rules and state law. So I got lied to and cheated out of a 6″ sandwich. We were there 8/16/25 at 11:30AM. We won’t be there again, and I’m going to have Capital One charge back the cost of the 6″.

Ben, the son of owner and current GM never wears a beard net, told one of his employees on phone to allow a customer their gift card back when it was in the trash, they have a food safety license on wall, and aren’t honoring the food safety, they barely have options for cookies or any snacks, THEY DON’T HONOR COUPONS AND YELLED AT ME ABOUT IT, THE last time I got cookies they were stale, they are not fresh half the time, they are constantly out of something.

So my husband and I went in we have been there plenty of times. The girl made our order than when it was time to pay she said it was $14.and change mind you we get the same order all the time and it is $26.and some change ,so my husband gave her a $20 and she literally said okay I will keep that shoved the $20 in her pocket and went to wait on the next customer. We were in shock she came right back and said what is wrong and my husband replied w I am waiting on my change . She pulls a pile of crinkled up money out of her pocket and gives us the correct change after I told her what it should be . Lol. Then I asked for a receipt and I quote she says ( I can’t use the register or open it ) I am not allowed to do that . So I don’t know what is going on there some kind of shady situation for real.

Normally this location is great and I LOVE stopping here on my way to work, but the new staff seems to like to ignore online orders. It consistently takes 20-30 minutes after I place my online order to get it done. I’ve also been refused refunds here when I arrive to see my order not even started. Will not be back and will be disputing with my credit card company.

Its inside a gas station, which is convenient, but awkward. The staff was rude when we asked for special accommodations. The food was still good.

The food wasn’t worth the money. There was only 1 employee there and she didn’t make my hoagies correctly at all. I had gotten them to go, so I didn’t realize this until I was already home w the food. They didn’t have cheese like I asked for and was missing the veggies I wanted. I wouldn’t want to eat there as the dining area isn’t that impressive and it looked like It hadn’t been kept up with very well.
