The food is good, but I’ve been there several times in the last few years, and almost every time, they’re so skimpy on meats. Especially chicken. I quit going for a while then thought I’d try it again. No other subway in the area is like that. The quality is still good but the amount you get is less. Was there today and the meatball sub had basically no sauce. Seemed all watered down when she was scooping it out. It all dripped back into the pan. Then I was overcharged, which I didn’t realize till afterwards, so whatever. I won’t be going back for a long time again. Maybe it’ll get better I don’t know unfortunately we don’t have much to choose from in the area.

My son ordered subs from there while we were visiting my daughter. We are from out of town and are frequent customers of Subway. We were so disappointed with the lack of quality of their subs. I literally had two slices of cheese on a veggie sub with wilted vegetables, and rubbery, stale bread. This had to have been the worst sub that I have had from a Subway. The owner of this location should be ashamed. Get your store together or board it up.. Your going to get someone sick. Keep driving when you see this Subway at this location and find something somewhere else. Don’t waste your money.

Normally we order at this subway a lot, but as of recently it seems to have gone downhill. Twice when we have ordered pickup, there has been black hair in our sandwiches which we then promptly have to throw away and find something else to eat. The food is great, however it seems service has just gone down.

Unbelievable! And not in a good way! We ordered 5 subs and only ONE turned out well. All of our subs were SOGGY! And we live less than 2 mins away. They were a horrible mess. Then, one ham sub had like 2 pieces of ham on a FOOTLONG! And to top it all off, I tried calling them back to explain my situation and they aren’t answering!! How unprofessional. Never eating there again, and if you were smart, and want a quality sub, you won’t either.

10/10 experience! I have always went to this subway and the girls are wonderful. Tonight my husband and I went in and the one girl made my absolutely day!!!! She was like “not to say this in a weird way but you are really pretty” I don’t know her name but she really made me happy. Sometimes it’s the small things that matter!

I ordered 2 ham and turkey footlong sandwiches intending to use a coupon for 12.99 for 2 footlongs. After I ordered them I noticed a small sign saying that ham and turkey sandwiches weren’t eligible for the coupon. I added pepperoni to one sandwich and the total was $21.71! That is almost $10 more than what was already overpriced sandwiches, even with the coupon. The sandwiches were squished down and shoved in the bag. I will never walk into that store again. I work right near there and have 3 kids who like Subway. For not letting me use a coupon, (not the first time either), they have lost years and years of sandwich sales!

The girl that made my sandwich gave me the wrong bread. Not a big deal, but I did take it back because I don’t like wheat (I asked for Italian). The girl was very rude BOTH times she made my SANDWICH. Didn’t even bother to apologize and acted like it was an inconvenience to HER that she made my sandwich wrong! Could definitely tell she did not want to be there. I was in a good mood when I got there. Not so much when I left. I haven’t gone back since and I was a regular there. Was.

First experience using a coupon (year to two years ago), it was ‘buy a 6 inch, get a 6 inch free.’ I ordered a 6 inch club, and wanted another club for the free 6 inch. I was told I could not purchase another club for the free 6 inch. I had to, and I quote, “pick a cheaper hoagie” because “that’s how they make money.” I ended up not using the coupon.
About 6 months ago, I ordered a hoagie platter for a family. I wanted the toppings put on the side instead of on the hoagie (so they would not get soggy in the transit.) I was charged about roughly $20 extra to have the toppings put on the side.
Today, I tried using another coupon- ‘3 foot longs for $17.99.’ There is now a list of all the cheaper hoagies you are “able” to choose for the coupon. Again, didn’t use the coupon.
However listed on all the coupons, there is no exclusions saying each franchise has the right to alter. Pointless for Subway company to put out coupons only for the businesses to “make it their own.”
Might be a small complaint, but there has been countless dis-satisfying instances.

This place is always out of everything! Went today for the great garlic and they were out of garlic aioli so decided to get a meatball. They were out of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.!!! The last time we were there they was out of rotisserie chicken. And green peppers.
