Only 2 staff members on duty. Had to wait maybe 2 min. They took care of drive thru & counter orders. My sandwich was made in between other orders and these girls never missed a beat. My ham & cheese was great…lots of toppings made for a very hearty sub. Loved it! Ty!

They’ve struggled with staff and hours in recent years, but this is a pretty standard Subway. They’re friendly and fast. This one is unique as it has a drive through. The drive through can be difficult for ordering subs your way, but it’s a convenient feature nonetheless.

Attempted to make an order for 5 subs online, one order went through the other 4 failed. The app does not allow to cancel the order, Called the location and was told there is no way we can cancel the order and they have to make the sub. Unacceptable we did not get the sub and was charged $7.41 completely unacceptable. They app shows the sub was pick up minutes after I hung g up with the employee, this is fraud.

Always so dirty. Floors of the whole place are disgusting. Bathrooms are always dirty. I travel home to home for my job all day, clean bathrooms are a must. Yuck!

Service is very hit or miss. Last time I was there I had awesome service from a kind young man. This time, we did a pick up order and it was ready but incomplete. He tried telling the girl he was missing stuff and was being told his order was being worked on (his order was ready, she was working on another order at the time). The manager came over and eventually on the 4th time of being asked what the problem is, he spoke up loudly, which in turned warranted her to start yelling and attempting to have him kicked out of her restaurant. He stated he was not leaving without the rest of his paid order.. she eventually grabbed the cookies out of the case with her bare hands and threw them in the bag. I know its not easy working with the public but come on. And btw when we got home our subs were all jacked up and wrong.

The people working here this afternoon were incredible! There were only two employees and a constant stream of customers. I’m very impressed at how clean they kept it as I used to work in a restaurant and I know it’s not easy. They changed their gloves and kept things running efficiently. Make sure to tip them well! They’re understaffed and it can be very stressful.
