This location consistently gets orders wrong. This was a sandwich ordered with *less* chipotle. My wife could literally wring the sandwich out. It was inedible.

So they decided to run out of lettuce and still wanted to charge me full price for my sandwich. One, what kind of sandwich shop runs out of lettuce, dude/manager assumed my bf new that there was no lettuce when there wasn’t any in the containers (2 hours before there scheduled close) and the manager tried to say it’s because business picked up, but I promise that’s definitely not true considering wingstop is next door (that’s where we’d have been but my bf just got his gall bladder out) so thanks subway for being a failure. Literally it’s not hard to keep enough lettuce in your store til inventory comes. And yes I worked at 16 years ago and literally this would have never happened, ever. Obviously management is just plain horrible, like why couldn’t they even discount my sandwich (also I only get THREE PIECES OF TURKEY ON MY SANDWICH, I don’t like meat so it’s not like I’m asking for a lot here). Get it together. And get some lettuce while you’re at it.

Ordered from there. Used the app. Certain toppings were not available. Went to store to pick up sandwiches, come to surprise the toppings thelat weren’t available online, and the toppings I had chose, we’re not even available. Didn’t have mayo. Didn’t have spinach, some toppings in the veggie box were actually frozen. Like th olives and pickles. Will definitely not be back

Place has really gone down hill; I never thought it possible to screw up a Subway footlong but this store set me straight. When I said I wanted oil and vinegar; I didn’t think they’d apply it with a fire hose…and pile on soaked veggies. I wasn’t aware you could make a sandwich so moist that you need it toasted to make it like an un-toasted normally prepared subway sub.

The people who work at this store really care about their customers. I’ve been to many chain restaurants and bought 100s of subway sandwiches, the people who work at this one went above and beyond to help me solve an uber eats order and I couldn’t appreciate them more. I highly recommend going here and getting your sub these guys actually want to make you a perfect sandwich.

Usually when I go to this subway I get fresh vegetables on my sub. Today the lack of onions and lettuce was terrible. I have been going to this Subway for awhile now. After visiting today I’m afraid I will have to find a different location. When I worked at Subway we had to keep vegetables in the table full. Both lettuce containers were empty. Therefore I didn’t even get a handful of lettuce on my sub. The onions were cut so thick never saw that before. Pickles were scarce and the tomatoes looked like they needed to have put fresh out. Sorry don’t know if I’ll bring my business back to that Subway.

Chop salad wasn’t chopped (I mean, at all.) I don’t have a photo of that, but I do have a photo of half the sandwich we were given. The wrapping unrolled itself in the car on the way home because all the sandwich guts were spilling out. It wasn’t toasted either (yes, we specified that it be toasted.)
PS: We used the Subway app to order because we are in the middle of this Corona crazy. The app itself glitched out, so maybe that was part of the problem. Either way, not super thrilled with Subway in general right now.

All of the vegetable containers were covered in mold at first I thought it was just ice till I seen the fuzz ball in the first picture. I was going to say something but the two men working there were already being pretty rude and contrary to how I might look I honestly didn’t wanna deal with confrontation.
