The food is always so good but every single time i come in no matter who is working they always make fun of my order. subway is adverted to make a sandwich that i want, that i will eat. it’s almost never busy when we come in, the food is great but the employee just always make remarks like “this is so weird” “are you sure” “this is crazy” and they continue to laugh and make disgusted looking faces and it truly hurts my feelings as a picky eater that can only eat so much .
so thanks subway for always making me feel like SHIT everytime i come in.

I have ordered from the Smithfield location for a few years now because it is close and easy and service has always been above and beyond until today …sent husband to pick the food up and of course he’s see ma’am in person ….I’m just saying he was so thrown off with the sweet guy Persona

The food here is decent but the service is not good. First off, you need a megaphone to hold up to their drive thru speaker so you can hear it. There is so much interference and the volume is low! Way too low. Second, you have to wait sometimes over 20 minutes for your food. And finally, today finished my business at this location. I ordered a chopped salad. The salad i got didn’t even fill 1/4 of the bowl. There wasn’t Even as much meat as would go on a 6″sub. It was so small it wouldn’t even be considered a side salad at a restaurant. For this, they charged me $6.50… needless to say, I’m not taking my business back to this restaurant. There wasn’t Even 6 and a half cents worth of salad in the bowl let alone six and a half dollars. Pretty much just getting ripped off.

Little disappointed with the lack of effort. They were completely empty, not busy. I went through the drive thru and was asked to wait once I placed my order which I repeated twice and she repeated back the sandwhich was still wrong. Not hard to make a Tuna sub toasted, obviously it was that day. But I will be back…

Love their footling buffalo chicken on flat bread, I always have them put the chicken then onions and provolone cheese on top and toast together, no other veggies! I always have to get 2 because my wife is starting to love them as much as I do and she can have lunch for 2 days!!

My wife went through the drive thru I went in to wash my hands, I waited by restroom door for 10 minutes thinking it was occupied it was locked. Then a male with attitude told me I have to be a paying customer to use the restrooms, he finally came over and unlocked it. Regardless once my hand goes on the door handle before I order any food, the health Dept states that a restroom should be available to the public before they order any food wash their hands.
All establishments that offer seating to the public must have at least 2 publicly available restrooms. The number of stalls/urinals provided shall meet the requirements of ACHD Article XV – Plumbing Code. All establishments shall provide employee restroom(s). Now I think there should be some retraining done before I inform the health Dept of this stores actions.

My hoagies seem 2 turn out better if I order in the store. I prefer 2 use the app 2 save time on my lunch breaks but my hoagie turns out burnt, missing something, or soggy. I haven’t eaten there in a few months now bc the last hoagie I got was literally burnt black & rock solid
