Little disappointed with the lack of effort. They were completely empty, not busy. I went through the drive thru and was asked to wait once I placed my order which I repeated twice and she repeated back the sandwhich was still wrong. My hoagies seem 2 turn out better if I order in the store. I prefer 2 use the app 2 save time on my lunch breaks but my hoagie turns out burnt, missing something, or soggy. I haven’t eaten there in a few months now bc the last hoagie I got was literally burnt black & rock solid

Terrible service. Waited at least 15-20 minutes to get my order taken through the drive through only to pull up to the window and be told their card machine isn’t working and I only had $5 on me so I had to leave hungry. Big waste of time
