I always order sandwiches from here bc I live on the College Campus today my BREAD WAS EXTREMELY BURNT and i asked if they can remake it they said they dont give away free food but who was asking for that? i asked for them to remake it then the manager is not on shift … 0/10 had to peel the burnt pieces off to eat it ..

Ordered 2 subs. After picking them up and taking them home I was quite mad at the sight of them. The bread was so burnt on both of them that you couldn’t even eat them. We had to scoop out the middle and put them on regular pieces of bread to eat.

My pregnant friend and I went in at 7:10pm, ordered as usual, went to sit down, got comfortable and prepared to eat when we were told by the curly haired male worker (queer) that we couldn’t eat in the lobby because he had just cleaned it and they “technically” close early in the summer.
I’m almost certain he just didn’t want to wipe the table down again.
Lying is unprofessional & to make a pregnant lady leave due to laziness is disgraceful, disrespectful & disgusting behavior.
I will never go to this location again.

Honestly the issue I had with this subway still blows my mind. I was fine with my 30 minute wait- there were 4 people ahead of me. I ordered through the app but was there in person. 2 more sandwich artists show up to help as the guy was swamped with orders. While I was waiting, for some reason two girls who had just been to dairy queen (and still with all their food from there!) enter and start eating in the subway.
I just had a simple request that I went to subway in particular because you can talk to the people making it, and the mon valley seems incapable of. I just wanted the mayonnaise on the outside of the bread before the meat went down. It just acts like a barrier and helps my sandwiches from getting soggy the next day. The woman making my sandwich acted like this was impossible because her boss “Told her to make sandwiches this way”
Okay? I’m PAYING you to put the mayonnaise on. I don’t see what the issue is. She snapped at me when I asked for the sandwich to be “made correctly.”
I’d much rather eat at the Subway in Perryopolis but I’m not driving when this one is in walking distance.

My lord this place has gone down hill. Ask for hot food? They give it to you cold. Chicken breast? How about chopped up chicken pieces. It’s so frustrating and sad. After years of coming here I’ll never come back. I’ll go to the subway up at Walmart. At least they understand “HEAT THE CHICKEN”.

Always check your receipts… twice the cashier added a tip to the card without me knowing… i got 3 subs (1) nothing but cheese. Two pieces of provolone cheese on too and some mozzarella sprinkled on the bottom of the sub… (1) pepperoni only… nothing else !!! & (1) Italian sub. Total charged to my card…. 41.00 !!!! No I didn’t get a receipt and was told a different total. Checking my bank account about a week later and I see a 41.00 for Subway. . Always,Always,Always get your receipts
I went back down there and said something to the girl that rang me up the first time… she remembered me but couldn’t explain how it came to 41.00. She did ask for my receipt… So keep & check your receipt. Other than that. It’s clean, friendly and convenient
