Stopped in to get a sub on 7/23. It took 20 minutes just to take my order. The staff working this day were very unfriendly and disorganized. When I got to order, I watched the girl make my sub and give it to the younger coworker at the register who in turn switched my sub for someone else’s. This was after her coworker already told the girl not to get them mixed up! When I got to my destination later, boy was I surprised to be looking at a bun with just lettuce and cheese on it. This isn’t rocket science folks. How hard can it be? $6.25 wasted.

The owner should be ashamed of him self to own a business that is under staffed and poorly ran. Moses built the ark faster than a sandwich got made here unbelievable good luck on making a profit cause it took 45 minutes in the drive thur for two Footlong meals and the worker cut her finger and was bleeding everywhere she didn’t call anyone wat a shame

If you want customer service from the manager, don’t bother going to this location. I had ordered online so it would be convenient for my 80-year-old mother to pick up. When I ordered I put a 2:10 p.m. pickup however once I receive the confirmation email it said a 4:10 p.m. pickup. I offered to show the manager the email and explain the situation. She said she would not make the sandwiches until she received the order at 4:00 p.m. . Totally unacceptable what a mistake!

I ordered a tuna sub and it barely had any tuna on it. I tried to call to find out if the company just cut back on the amount of tuna or if maybe there was a new worker(both things I can understand) but they don’t answer the phone. They were skimpy on my toppings too, only a couple pieces of green pepper, onion and pickles on the whole 12”. I want to add that this was an online order so I wonder if they make them like that if you’re right in front of them. Sigh!

Went to the establishment for dinner and witnessed numerous live and dead roaches on the counters where the food was made. There were cobwebs everywhere, even along the floor boards. Someone is clearly neglecting their job and I think the health department needs to come in and take care of it. The employees just seems to be completely unbothered, not to mention their already sour attitude. There are a few different subway establishments aaround Uniontown, I know I’ll definitely not be going back to this one ever again.

Drive through ordered a footlong Italian BMT was asked if it was to be toasted I replied yes. Got it back not toasted. Tried to call 3 times no answer went to fax machine sound. So I drove back a few minutes later went inside and said it was supposed to be toasted. The woman got smart with me said she heard the order and that I never said it was supposed to be toasted. Why would I complain about a cold sub if i supposedly wanted it cold??. Bad and rude service. Will never go back. And the lights inside were off.

You can’t beat Subway,for $8.95 you get a freshly made Italian sub. mine always have lots of meat. Some places in Uniontown charge $11.00 or more for the same thing.
