I was there earlier today to order for my daughter but the employee even didn’t turn her head towards us. I was just standing there hoping she would turn around to us but unfortunately walked to the back of her store. Never looked at us nor asked for waiting a sec. Very bad experience, not place to go for eating, you feel obviously ignored.

Rude!! Absolutely no customer service!! First of all the server had her earbuds in and seems inconvenienced your interrupting her.
Asked for steak & cheese toasted ( also needs a lesson on cutting bread) then proceeded to put the sub into the microwave for a good 90 seconds.. we all know how fresh bread goes when over microwaved. I said I wanted toasted not microwaved, was told we don’t have a toaster and argued I saw her put it into the microwave didn’t understand my problem. A simple “sorry the toaster is not working, would you like fresh”. Asked for a fresh one to be made and only the meat to be heated. Well the attitude , so asked for a refund ( as she got me to pay whilst waiting) … was told can’t do a refund or to come back at 3pm… it was 12pm!!!
If you value your business maybe re assess who is representing it!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Employee understood no English, gave me wrong kind of chicken and when I corrected him, he refused to make a new sandwich and just made the second half right. Also charged us for a drink we did not get. We will never again go here

They need to learn how to stock their table. They said they didn’t have Swiss cheese though they had some in the back. They have burnt cookies and overcharge a 5$ foot long sandwich for $8.00. Would not allow me to get my money back and doesn’t even offer a receipt so I had to reach over the counter and grab mine.
The staff are now eating ice cream behind the counter while making sandwiches. Everyone at this location needs to learn customer service and how to bake cookies.

What horrible customer service. I had a young lady with brown hair make my sandwich today. It was clear she did not want to be there as she slapped the bread on fully open in the center of the bread not on one side. I had to ask her each time to add more of the vegetable I asked because she was putting next to nothing. She rolled her eyes and began to throw the spinach into my bread tossing it all over. At one point she picked up the spinach from around the paper that flew out in her tantrum and pushed in down into my bread smashing it intentionally. When she went to fold my destroyed and beaten sandwich most of it came out and she just rolled my sandwich with my stuff on the paper. I paid her what was owed – I only knew what was due as it said on the register- she never said a word to me and turned her back on me and walked off. NEVER giving me my bag. I had to reach through the pass to grab my bag. Unbelievable. Now that I am home, the spinach is wilted and old – I just threw it in the trash. There was an older man there who paid her or me no attention at all. Its a shame. I will not ever order from that Subway again.

Earbud girl was sitting on the floor when we walked up to order. She looked up, pushed herself off the dirty floor with her hands, grabs gloves with her dirty hands, puts the gloves on and proceeds to make our veggie subs. my daughter begged me not to say anything. Disgusting…do not eat here! 1st time ever that a Subway employee didnt ask what kind of bread we wanted. She just grabbed what she thought we should have and charged us 10.00 per sandwich!

Was with my friend visiting town for the Pitates game. As we approached the subway counter we were immediately stared down my an older Indian male. He looked angry and we were frozen in fear. As we ordered, he judged every decision we made. He told us that the oven was broken and that he could not toast our subway sandwiches. This was a lie as we saw him toast the person behind us sub right after. When we gave him the money he made a snorting noise and snatched it with his grimy hands. I hope he does not treat every customer like we were treated. Food 8/10

It takes a lot for me to right a review… I LOVE subway, go ahead and judge me. But this is the WORSE subway location I have ever been to. Horrible customer service! Messed everything up. How does that happen when you are literally telling them how to make it? Aaand the prices are double the price of every other franchisee. Would the franchisee that owns this unit please show up and teach your employees how to make sabdwiches, listen!!!, and be nice. You should be ashamed of this store, it is tarnishing the entire subway brand.
