Love this Subway. Usually not busy at all so getting a sandwich is quick and easy. The staff is always very nice and personable. No complaints whatsoever. I’ll keep coming back for more tasty subs.

I have been to this location numerous times and have ordered the same sandwich, from this location and others, for over ten years. Today I went in and ordered an Italian BMT with turkey instead of ham and was informed that they “typically do not offer substitutions”. When I responded that I have been ordering this sandwich for years, the employee responded that “at this location, we have never offered substitutions”. This is completely incorrect as again, I’ve been to this location for this sandwich at least 20 times, but I simply said okay. He then stated that he would make it for me, but they do not usually offer substitutions. Next, without asking, he put cheese on the sandwich. After informing him that I didn’t want cheese, he said that the Italian BMT is up on the menu, and when people order it, that is the way they make it. If he wanted me to order my sandwich a different way as a cold cut combo or something I would have been more than happy to do so. He could have charged me $20 for it and I would have been happy to pay it. Instead he was totally rude and belittling. I will purposely be going out of my way to the subway on route 51 or in Caste Village as to not spend my money at this location. That is the first time in my 29 years of life, also as an employee of the service industry, that I didn’t leave a tip.

the older man was very unprofessional he said his name was “chris” he would not show me his nametag on his hat so i dont even know if hes lying , i ordered thru the mobile app, the app took my money but didnt send my order thru to subway so i showed him i payed and asked if i could get a refund or show him my payment and get the sub instead of helping me with this issue he was very rude , said its “not his fault” and that i was trying to get “free food” but when i showed him my phone to show i payed he kept turning around and would not look , he was continuously arguing with me and told me to contact’s customer service so i did but could not get a reply back or anything so i called the store twice, no answer so i went back in and explained that i would like a refund or my meal because i was unable to contact customer service and he stated “there was no numbers he can give me” overall he was wxtre rude, im out $14 and he just kept stating “its not his fault” when i asked for his name the first time he stated “it doesnt matter” until i asked again and he said it was chris , the customer after me also stated she had the same issue at another subway abd they just gave her the sub but he was extremely rude and unprofessional he refused a refund or any food

There’s a really attractive woman with blue eyes working there. Makes the best sandwiches. Maybe the best looking person I’ve seen in my life. Sandwich was crafted skillfully too. Best Subway I’ve been to.

This was the worst experience ever. The older gentleman behind the counter was rude and inconsiderate. He chose not to speak to me at all never asked about cheese selection…when they pulled my first sub to be dressed no cheese when I asked for mozzarella he was rude and was like that’s an upcharge…I wouldn’t have asked if I didn’t want it…the young lady was the most professional and the young man behind the register you should work on ringing out one patron at a time…To the older gentleman if you don’t like your job then find another…Don’t be so rude you are causing lose of business for your owner and tips for co-workers this occurred on 6-18-24 and the gentleman had a kamo hat on with subway in orange…

This place is the biggest ripoff this side of the Mississippi. The owner of this establishment should be included a the lawsuit that others have taken against subway. They overcharge for the product they serve. The amount of meat used for a $15 sandwich is ridiculous. Stay the hell away from this place.

This particular Subway, in Glassport, seems to be pretty generous with the ingredients on each sandwich. The produce is always fresh and the staff helpful and polite. I bring food home from there about four times a month. There is a pleasant, clean area to sit in and it is family friendly. It is a casual atmosphere with no need for reservations.

Visited this location for the first time at lunch today. There were probably 4 people in front of me and one behind me. Plus, one person came in to pick up 2 delivery orders. The ladies waiting on us crushed it. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The person directly in front of me ordered 3 sandwiches with all double meat. Also, their hair and makeup were flawless. Masks worn properly, changed gloves between orders. This will probably be my go-to location from now on.

I absolutely love this location. Always clean, always fresh and usually great service. Tonight was the exception. There were two young ladies working. One taller with a ponytail, one shorter with short hair. The shorter lady was obviously disgruntled about her lot in life. There was no care given in her work, my bun was not charcoal burnt but singed darker than it should be, the condiments were just thrown on not distributed evenly, and her personality screamed she either had somewhere better to be or wish she did. I will still go back just not when she’s working.
