I got two salads yesterday from Brentwood Subway. One for dinner and one for lunch today. First, the man working at Subway was wonderful. He was very polite And very pleasant. The salads he made for me are amazing. Both were completely made with fresh vegetables, meat and cheese. And the salads were full of these. I will be getting salads from the subway again. Excellent excellent excellent

I bought a meatball hoagie toasted on an online order and it was completely burned. Husband couldn’t even eat it. I left my number to have a manager call me back and it has been over a week and nobody has reached out to me. I don’t know how u can make the hoagie and not see how burned it was. I had to go back and replace it and have my hoagie at home getting cold. They need to pay attention.

Ordered delivery through Uber Eats. My order of a footlong Baja Steak and BMT pro arrived in no time. BUT…. What kind of idiots do they have working there? Wish I could give them a minus 5, got an Italian hoagie yesterday and it literally had 3 slices of salami, and 3 slices pepperoni. Nothing else, took a bunch of videos and I will post it today. Plus I will contact consumer affairs let them see it and send a photo to advocate group to see if they can pressure them into giving you your hard earned money’s worth all subways suck
