I order on line and didn’t know it picked everything unless you change it…. Told the so called supervisor who’s attitude sucks and she would not let me change anything before the sandwich was even made I had to go back and forth then she told me she wasn’t making it until I pled with her. So I ordered again on the app got everything right asked the gentleman this time if he could put my mvp sauce in a container he told me no he has to make it how I ordered. It doesn’t even let you choose the option to be put in a container on the app .Totally poor customer service and poor leadership skills .

Me and my two friends came in and The Asian girl made all three of our sandwiches wrong and had her air pods in the whole time. She was the only person there as well. How does someone mess up three sandwiches in a row? It’s literally just sandwiches. One of us got a ham and cheese with pickles and lettuce not even toasted and she even messed that up. Just go to market square it’s 2 streets down and they can at least make a ham and cheese right

I’ve been to several other local Subways, but this one on Smithfield Street always has all the advertised products, daily specials and the best sandwich makers. The owners care about their business. Other ones should change their name to Subpar…and, on top of their shortcomings, they charge more for the identical menu items.

Hired my daughter for one day only to wait until she get home to text her that they don’t need her anymore it’s discrimination against pregnant people the app says nothing about pregnant people not being able to work there that was unfair to her and they were rude about the situation I wouldn’t give them one star if it was up to me because pregnant people should be able to work and provide for themselves and the baby before the baby comes into the world if your pregnant and trying to get a head start in life with trying to work don’t go to the the subway on Smithfield downtown Dave or David was very rude on how he handled the situation

Asked for a 6″, got a foot long, no biggie, a.c. is broken, feel bad for the guy behind the counter… Until while still making the sandwich someone asks for the bathroom key, he gives it to them, doesn’t change his gloves before continuing to package my food, and my cookie was stale.
