Shout out to this location. Its an older location for sure, but don’t let the looks deceive you. I bought a sandwich today and the store couldn’t have been cleaner. All of the toppings behind the glass looked very fresh and clean. The employees were quick and efficient. Sandwich was great!

Highly disappointed with my experience at this specific subway. I placed an order online to this location on accident & when I contacted them to let them know the mistake that was made they told me there was nothing that they could do. No refund, no voucher for another hoagie… nothing. There is no customer service option to contact corporate you have to contact the store directly. I’ve been a customer for years but I can say I will NEVER ever order from a subway EVER again. Huge disappointment especially in this current economy y’all really just robbed me for my little 6 inch hoagie that probably fed your employees & couldn’t even simply offer a voucher for a new one what an absolute shame I’ve never had such a poor experience with customer service.

Horrible service,, charged 30.00 for 2 sandwiches and I had a coupon 2 for 12.99 and a 5.00 cookie,, ridiculous when I tried telling the man that waited on me he got very rude, and threw a 5.00 bill at me. Still it was an over charge. Food had a hair in one of the sandwiches, called the store and he hung up on me,,, never will I return to any subway,,, the sandwiches seem to be getting smaller too. This was Ohio river blvd store in Pittsburgh. I will go to Jimmy John’s from now on

It was a very awkward experience. My brother got a flat bread veggie sandwich, it looked old. I gotta 3 cookies, they taste a few days old. I don’t appreciate the carelessness. I will never return to this location. Don’t go here! Save your money and go to Giant Eagle or Whole foods.

I don’t know what changed at the subway on 65 in Avalon. But the bread was half the size it used to be and the flat bread was thin. There was less meat and the price went up. So it costs more and the quantity and quality was awful. Two sandwiches cost $28 dollars. I will never go back there again.

This dude made my experience there miserable. The locations on my coupon were ripped off and he refused my money and told me to have a good day. I got a picture of the locations from my mother because I drove 30 minutes to get there and went back in. He still refused my money. I don’t think he needs to work there. I’m not going back there.

One employee refused to fulfill my doordash order, then the manager proceeded to yell and treat my doordash driver like crap while I was on the phone. We had been waiting over an hour for food. Refused to look into any order information and cancelled the order. Terrible service, Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Absolutely the worst Subway experience ever. Yes, I weirdly like Subway. Not here.
First the bread was stale and cracking. I bit in to my Steak and cheese and the steak was literally rancid. I took it back and they offered something else. Didn’t throw away the rancid steak though. Sorry next person.
I figured a pizza would be ok since it’s frozen. Saw it was less money and didn’t care. Whatever. I asked to pepperoni and meatball on my pizza to which he responds I’ll have to charge you. Cool. Refund me the much more expensive hoagie and charge me for the pizza. Guess he gets to the register and says, oh they’re about the same don’t worry about it. In my mindz I’m like yeah, coz the pizza is $4 cheaper but I still don’t care.
He doesn’t cut the pizza fully, so I get a fork and a knife from him. The pizza is literally frozen in the middle still. At this point, I’m done. Just give me back my money. He says he doesn’t have the code to proceds a refund. I’m like call someone. IDK what to tell you. He calls the manager to get the code to process the refund after giving me a blank stare.
I’m guessing everyone else already knows not to go here and is why they’re serving days old bread and rancid meat.

Suppose to be a tuna sub & where’s the tuna? Did an online order for pick up. More mayo and veggies on it than tuna. Like come on, why would you send something out like this!?!?
