I visited Subway and took advantage of their buy one get one 50% off deal when ordering through the app. I customized my cold cut combo sandwich with extra pickles, jalapeños, and a generous amount of mayo. The person who was working looked like they were management and provided me with an excellent experience he also did a great job making my food.

Stopped in to grab lunch 8/22/25 and absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced here. Customer service has been on a downward spin the 10 years I’ve worked in the area, but today was shocking. I walked in and nobody was in line, except for me. The girl behind the counter was busy making sandwiches (obviously for pickup orders), but she never lifted her head to acknowledge me. No “I’ll be with you soon”, No “someone is coming” absolutely no words came from her mouth. After about a 2 minute wait (the wait was short) a second lady walked out and said “want do you want?” LMAO really? No hello, no are you ready to order? Nothing to welcome their customer. When I looked at her and said Hello, nothing from either girl in return. As I received my order and paid, no thanks for stopping, have a nice day, NOTHING. Really?? And you have a tip jar and tip option when paying??? What am I supposed to be tipping for? It’s definitely not for the welcoming personality and wonderful service.

Placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, after waiting 5-10 minutes I was told I was going to have to either wait longer or they’d refund me because they just didn’t have time to make it. I typically eat here once a week for lunch and WILL NOT be going back. Most ridiculous customer service. 0 stars.

The crew at this subway is so friendly and accommodating they truly care about you. Sylvia went out of her way to make my toddler happy while I ordered by giving him some cheese and a cookie. Food is always good but sometimes wish portions were a bit bigger for prices. Always use coupons though so it’s definitely worth it. Thanks to the employees who make this location worth going to!!!
Editing to say this location is quite literally never open past 6pm.

Haven’t had Subway in years. One day in the mail I got a footlong coupon and figured I’d give it a try. Order the sub, went to pay and was told the coupon was already used? I literally just got it out of the mail …Not going to cause a scene over two bucks, just won’t ever go back.

The server was very aloof. When I asked her a question she seemed bothered. When I said thank you she turned and walked away. She said the new chocolate foot long wasn’t available she said she had a chocolate chip instead. I said ok but she didn’t start it til all of my order was done I had called ahead for my order but I could have just come in and ordered. I was very disappointed in the service.

They are putting a shield up in front of the serving counter so you can’t see the selections to add to your hogies!!! Isn’t this the main attraction to going to a SUBWAY??? So you can look and see what selections you want to try on your hogies. I can’t remember all the different dressings and toppings! This is not how you run a SUBWAY.

Looks like a nice place. But the bread was hard and stale. The vegetables on the edge of still being ok, at $12 for a sandwich it is not an experience I plan to repeat.

We love this Subway for the service and fresh ingredients. We live behind Monroeville Mall and pass 2 other Subways to go to the one on Broadway Blvd at Haymaker Village. It has always been worth it for us to take the time to travel there to get a consistently satisfying final product. Our orders have always been as ordered and ready or made quickly! My husband and I applaud the workers there for being courteous and friendly. A much added plus they accept promo codes on the APP and also coupons. We appreciate them and hope to keep them in business. We leave a tip and say Thank You also. Hope this helps to keep the doors open for us and other grateful customers
