I ordered one honey oatmeal bread and Italian bread and cheese. But they charge 30.76. I go and asked them, but they said we charge only one 2 items. I don’t know why they charge 3.79 extra. They are not responded properly.

Came here 08/01/2025 came in for only pickup 2:04 waited til my time. Order was completed early. But that’s not the issue I saw. I should opened my mouth but I didn’t. This woman reddish blonde hair actually hollered at elderly lady maybe in her 70s. Said Directly yelling you need speak louder I can’t hear u with all these machines and I’ve been working by myself all day. One everytime woman asked her a question she turn around n walk away. Did it three times and final one was asking chips or cookies. Funny thing is with all noise from Walmart and the subway I heard her say cookies twice. If you are franchise owner this woman needs to lose her dam job. 1. She has no customer service skills, 2. Can’t read orders right and 3. Apparently she’s incapable of having manners and finally She’s complaining about her workplace to the public

Subway is ok if you want to eat something mediocre, but if you want to eat a sub that makes you go WOW! OMG! AMAZING! Then go to Quickies Subs at 582 Brown Avenue, Turtle Creek 15145. Look for a 1 story red brick building, once you try one of their subs, (they’re all fantastic), you’ll never go anywhere else!! And you will NEVER taste a sub as fresh, flavorful, and as delicious as a Quickies Sub!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Lori was so incredibly RUDE to me the moment I started ordering. She continued throughout my order with condescending/snarky comments. Lori even barking orders being condescending to her staff member, Sunee. She kept rambling on about how terrible management was and how she asked them for more bread and they haven’t brought it, saying “I’m just gonna shut the store down” and “screw them, not even god could do what I do for this store”. Then a gentleman came up that placed an online order under “Norman”, they had the order but he had a question about an ingredient and Lori immediately started yelling at him saying “I don’t have time for this, you don’t get to modify, take your food and get out of my store I’m not dealing with you”. The gentleman was so shocked as I was by her comments. She started throwing stuff around and screaming at the man, he eventually took out his phone to record her or take photos. I had two children with me and she continued to scream the entire time scaring the kids. I honestly felt so bad for the sweet worker (Sunee) behind the counter I even apologized to her that she had to work with this lady.

One of the workers was very rude to me. I guess it was to much for me to ask to make more food. Isn’t that their job? It’s also their job to just to be nice and respectful to customers, not give me dirty looks. I was nice. My sub was awful, my boyfriend threw his away. It was the worst sub that I’ve ever had. Customer service was terrible. I should’ve left them there. He probably overpriced me. Who knows. I worked in retail so whether you want to or not you have to be nice or get a job where you’re by yourself. Don’t be rude to your customers. I’ll never go back to that Subway. I was eating my chicken teriyaki sub, halfway through it fell apart. I had to eat it with a fork and the teriyaki sauce is gross.

NyNy was on her phone and I didn’t know. When I responded she went off on me. I paid for a full size sub, but the it away after purchasing it because I lost my appetite. I will never eat here again!
