I am a Uber eats driver. On 3/1/2026 6pm
I went there on a delivery that I took coming from North Versailles to Liberty boro. So along the way I got an order for subway. I got there and I went in and saw this girl only person who was working by herself. She said can I help you I sad yes Uber eats and showed her the order. She said real smart I didn’t do that order yet and I’m going to take care of these people first. I said I have another order in my car to be delivered also. She ignored me and went to take care of 10 people that came in after me.
I waited for 35 minutes for her to finally start the order. It took her 15 minutes to make 5 hoagies. I was there for 50 minutes. Do I tried calling the store to talk to a manager at 11:30a today 3/2/2026 nobody answered just rings.
Don’t go there terrible experience.

This location has gone downhill with the customer services, no management and they are desperate for money. I spent $30 worth of food online. I was stuck at work longer than expected and Shana didn’t refund me because she didn’t know how. Didn’t have a number for anyone higher than her and than threw the food away because I said I wanted a refund that I never received.

I ordered delivery through the app and didn’t receive an item, one wasn’t toasted when I ask for it to be toasted and when I called the delivery driver AND the store to see if anyone could help me my calls were ignored or answered and immediately hung up on.

Forewarning The Toaster Ovens broke so they can’t toast your sandwiches or cookies. Also ty to young girl for acknowledging me and doing my online order that said it was done. Got there and it hadn’t even been started. Ty to young girl for making my order and being super amazing.

Horrible customer service. Placed an online order that was indicated as ready on the Subway app. Get to the store and the order wasn’t even started. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my order while the kid working decided to take in person orders that came in after my order. Got a half assed apology for my trouble. Avoid this Subway. The other Subways in the area offer better service.

Things have gotten better since the rude manager left. Tiara is a really great worker, she’s friendly and proud.
The outside, due to just being a bad and worn down area, is still falling apart.
I’ve really changed my opinion on this subway all thanks to a manager change. Definitely much better than it used to be and I’m glad for it

This location gave me and my son the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered 2 sweet onion chicken all star hoagies and received food poisoning hours later. Don’t buy here unless you want violent stomach aches and diarrhea

Ordered delivery off of subway app. Ordered 2 subs, one chicken with lettuce and spinach, meatball with olives and jalapeños. What arrived was the meatball with lettuce and spinach and chicken sub with olives. This was very much on purpose, and no customer service to solve these issues. Not even worth spending money if employees hate their jobs so much they resort to purposely sabotaging customer orders. Lesson learned I suppose. And a waste of time and money for food that ended right up in the trashcan.

Went to the McKeesport Subway for the first time, since Glassport one is NEVER open and I am so glad I did
The service is phenomenal, the young man working has such a sunny disposition, very accommodating to what I wanted to order, very friendly and professional
The food they serve is very fresh, I will definitely revisit this location again. It will be my first choice instead of the one in my town. I do not think they care at all in Glassport
