Reviews
We gave this location another chance, despite past issues, and unfortunately it failed exactly as expected. The store is visibly dirty, there appears to be mold in multiple areas, the food prep space is not well maintained, and the food itself often looks questionable. On top of that, the owner/manager is consistently rude to both customers and employees.
Here’s what most recently happened:
My wife stopped here for a quick lunch because it was one of the few places nearby that wasn’t crowded. Immediately, she noticed how dirty the restaurant was and mentioned that it smelled bad. She should have walked out, but she was in a rush and hungry, so she stayed.
After ordering her sandwich, she asked for a packet of dressing. She added it to her sandwich, took one bite, and immediately noticed something tasted off. She checked the packet and discovered the dressing was expired by over two years—specifically 2 years and 3 months past the expiration date. That is completely unacceptable. We sincerely hope she does not get sick from this.
This is not an isolated incident.
In the past, we’ve placed online orders here because they refuse to accept coupons in-store, even though the app allows them. On multiple occasions when picking up those orders, the manager yelled at me for no apparent reason. We’ve also witnessed him speaking to employees the same way, which explains why the staff always seem nervous and uncomfortable. The environment is clearly toxic.
Even worse, before this most recent visit, I personally got food poisoning from this location after eating a tuna sub. I was sick for several days, and it was the only thing I had eaten that day. That incident alone caused us to stop going here for over a year. Unfortunately, we gave it another chance—and that was a mistake.
Between the cleanliness issues, expired food, rude management, and prior food poisoning, this location should be avoided entirely. There are far better and safer options nearby.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Subway.
Came in at 3:00pm on November 12th, 2025. Was met with a rude dismissive employee. No eye contact, no smile, and sounded annoyed with every question I was asked about what toppings etc. pissed me off but whatever, people have bad days. I let it go.
Until he shortly asked me what dressing I wanted. I tell him. He picks up the mayo and drops it on the floor. HE THEN PICKS IT UP ANS CONTINUES TO OUT IT ON MY SANDWHICH.
I say, “you just dropped that on the floor…”
He says “it was just the outside of the bottle”
I say I’m canceling my order and to have a great day.
His last words “thanks…just made my lunch.”
I’ve given up on eating out officially. Will never come back.
$18 footlong meal? Fine
Rude and impatient staff? Fine
Serving me food you drop on the floor right in front of me? Not Fine
Not clean and the workforce is lacking. Got a sub today and the bread was crumbling and when I opened the wrapper a good part of the veggies fell on to the floor. And they expect tips for this.
Strike another restaurant from the list. I’m happy that they’re making more money, but how about providing a quality product.
They no longer accept any coupons or National sales campaigns.
