I’ve given this location several tries and I’m done! This last time was ridiculous! They had exactly ten bags of chips left in the entire store and were out of almost everything both condiments and veggies. Their card reader is hit or miss if it actually works. We have order here several times while yes itnisna clean store ans the one girl is very nice . They are always out of bread or not open on time. The soda machine does not work for the last year. I am a previous subway worker and this is not acceptable.

Clean store, but that’s about it. Had to argue with them on how to make wrap. Ordered a meatball wrap, only put 4 meatballs on. Told the guy making it it’s supposed to have 8, the other girl said no, only 4. Told her every other store does 8, and it’s supposed to have it (even according to Subways website), and she said, that may be how they do it, but we do 4. Told them never mind, and she begrudgingly told him just put them on. Got my wife and mines wraps, could even tear them because they couldn’t even cut them all the way through, asked for a plastic knife, and they didn’t have any, so had to have the guy try to re-cut it again, which was kinda comical to watch him struggle to figure out how to cut a wrap all the way through.

Literally the worst place in beaver county to get a sub. Why would you choose overpriced, glorified fast food when you can go anywhere else like Jersey Mike’s, Firehouse Subs, Primanti’s, and especially Nichols Market. Seriously, it should become county law to eat at our great local businesses over subway because they have such better food often at a much better price. Only reason I ever go here is because my family has no taste and would rather eat the same old junk they’ve always had instead of try somewhere new.

I walked in to pick up a mobile order. Which she was just starting the first sandwich 20 mins after it was ordered. And she took her mask down wiped her face nose and mouth with her gloves on put the mask back up and continued to make the sub. Then another worker comes out of the back with no mask to do the veggie part of the sub on all 3 subs ordered. Threw them all away. Won’t be going back.

ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. Whether it’s a wrap, meat, or vegetable that they’re out of varies. Doesn’t matter the day or time, if there is something you are craving or looking forward to, better not get your hopes up here. ( Once they were even out of ICE.) Very poor management. Probably has high turnover because every time I go back there’s new workers who are as slow as molasses. (Because they’re new)

Employee was very sarcastic with me I just happened to go there last minute, and realized why I don’t go there , they don’t put enough meat on their sandwiches, and terrible service
