I don’t normally write reviews but felt I had to for this experience. With the cost of their sandwiches now, you would think you could at least get what you order
I ordered a footling titan turkey which is supposed to have “33% more meat and 2x the cheese”. There was a total of 4 slices of turkey on the entire sandwich and 2 pieces of cheese. For almost $12 dollars! An absolute rip off. I’m done giving this location my money.

We stopped in at work for a quick takeout and handed them the coupons we planned to use, and we were told that the store doesn’t accept the Subway coupons I get every month in the mail. I wish I would have known prior to ordering my expensive sub. So, I was not too happy. Perhaps a sign informing customers that coupons are not accepted there would have been more polite. Normally, I would just leave the sandwich and not pay when encountering a similar situation, but it was my turn to pay for my partner.

They were busy and people seemed nice… Had the sandwich made handed them my coupon was told they don’t accept coupons. That’s fine but it’s not posted anywhere but at cash register. I walked. If it was posted on the door or at the start of the line I would have no problem. Most people won’t walk away like I did. They are purposely hiding that information I feel.

Totally awesome staff on board. Took the family for ice cream. Ended up getting excellent service and I hope that no matter what you do retoo just know it’s about both sides of the counter.

If a customer orders a VEGGIE DELIGHT, then you shouldn’t ask what MEAT you want. Also, when a customer says OIL AND VINEGAR, that is totally different than ITALIAN DRESSING…..I hate leaving bad feedback, but I have to on this. This was yesterday-sunday afternoon.

I was at the Midland subway on my way to work and wanted a salad. I was greater by 2 very friendly and happy workers. The guy behind but he counter ask me what I wanted and I ask for a steak salad, he was very friendly but I had to ask several time for him to put more veggies is my salad, not sure if there is a standard on how much but for the price I wanted more, the only issue I had was all the veggies were very low as in not full and most of them didn’t look very good, some were frozen in the metal pans and the shreaded lettuce was very brown, I think at 5pm they should refresh the veggies and make things look and taste better. Like I said before the customer service I received was excellent by both people. Just need to do a better job in general having fresher vegetables and well-stocked at that time of the day

Staff was friendly and accommodating both times I have visited. A typical and average store but does appear to be clean and we’ll laid out a limited amount of seating could be problematic at busier times of the day.
