Food was great, but was ignored upon entering by a young lady and then a nice gentleman came up and waited on us. He was nice and courteous. He was very professional! Only thing I ask, is freaking greet your customers when they walk in the door!! If it’s going to be a wait, no problem just let your customers know. The rude young lady had long black hair and was African American. I am African American and I love my people, but she was rude and did not acknowledge us at all when we walked in! Very rude!

this store to me is the #1 subway in the Mon-Valley! the staff and especially the owners are all sooo friendly, and take time to make your sandwich right to your likings! always fresh topping available, very very clean store, the soups are awesome, and can’t forget the frozen yogurt for dessert! you will not be dissapointed!

I would no longer recommend this subway location. Young female worker is rude and acts like it is an inconvenience to have to wait on a customer or to even acknowledge that there are customers waiting. My order was missing items and one of the 3 subs had onions that was not asked for and enough mayo that if you would squeeze it you could fill up a cup with the extra mayo. Will not be going back. Last few trips there were disappointing.

Just no more. The food has been going down hill. I use to love getting the Meatball Subs, and not anymore. Today I got a Steak Protein bowl which was a joke. The steak in there was greasy, and way to much. Very little Lettuce, onions, and cheese, it was mostly a solid bowl of Nasty steak. The same steak they use on the subs too, greasy, nasty and stringy. Never again. I’m not happy about their food anymore.

Subway is one of my favorite restaurants. This is one, of course, is special because it also has TCBY (the best motherf***ing frozen yogurt I’ve ever had the privilege of tasting). Everything in the shop is fresh. The staff are some of the friendliest I’ve encountered anywhere, and their smiles are sincere. You can just stand there and BS with them (provided that there aren’t other customers in line). They’re a great group of people, and the food is terrific!

Inside ordering is fine but every time I’ve gone through the drive thru I get home and my order is wrong. Just ordered a turkey bacon and I got a turkey and ham sub. And ordered a blended coffee drink and it’s not even blended. It’s full of ice pieces still.
