Google reviews have existed for 18 years and this is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled enough write a negative one. I am not exaggerating when I say that they either get the order wrong or find a way to completely ruin a sandwich every single time, without fail. All of my coworkers have the same issues. This time I thought “I don’t like the meatball but at least they can’t mess that one up, right!?!?” I’m not sure these “sandwich artists” have ever eaten or seen food before. It was almost like they shook the sauce off the meatballs. Bone dry. I couldn’t believe it. Corporate.. what’s up with Chippewa?

Everybody who works there is very nice to me. Kate & Ashley have done a tremendous job since taking over as manager & assistant manager respectively. They have already changed the culture & environment of the store. They bust their tail & work extremely hard. I always feel welcome when I go in there.

Decided to grab their $6 salami and ham footlong special. Upon ordering was told nothing could be added to it, only subtracted from it. It comes with the ham and salami, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. That’s it. You want some salt and pepper? No chance. Some mustard, maybe honey mustard? No chance in hell. I get this is a special but adding on a additional condiment does nothing to your bottom line. The way the sandwich artist handled this was just extremely rude. I had already decided I wanted Subway for dinner so I gave in. Avoid this location!

I ordered online and the pick up time showed 20 minutes from when I had ordered. So I picked it up at the time shown. This thing felt like a brick. I got my sub toasted. That sucker must have been made immediately after I ordered and sat until I picked it up. It was cold and the bread was hard as a rock. I may as well have ate the sub on two sleeves of crackers. I did give 2 stars because the sub was made with everything ordered and I somehow managed to keep all my teeth.

The woman who was work was busy. I asked for a footlong meatball sub with provolone cheese. She told me she only had enough for a half and i had to get it the way it came, no cheese. I offered to pay for it bit was told no. . I said to go ahead with the half. I also asked for footlong pepperoni roll. She made that. When I asked where the half meatball was she said you didn’t ask for that. She was a little rude about it. My experience at this particular Subway was disappointing.

There are layers to how bad this subway location is. The manager lady I see there all the time is plain rude and terrible with customer service. If you don’t want the job go home. Shame on the hiring manager fr. Nobody is properly trained. The girl who is there alone frequently basically rips the bun in half and gives out the smaller of the 2 pieces. Too much sauce even when you say “stop.” This place needs closed. Reporting to corporate.

the service was good but the guy working the counter told the cashier that if she didn’t use the baskets for dine in he was going to write her up. he said it while I was present it was very embarrassing to the cashier and if he would have payed attention I ordered 3 subs for 2 people I was taking one home which would have required the use of the bag she gave us. I sincerely felt bad for the young woman and she looked like she was fighting back tears. I have been a manager in hospitality and I know if you have an issue with an employee you handle it in private. I believe this manager must need more training.

Very disappointed in the people there today. We usually don’t have any problems with them at this location. I ordered my daughter the kids meal and all they gave her was a sandwich nothing else with it. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and told them what I wanted on it they put banana peppers on it when I never said i wanted those. Hopefully next time they can pay attention to the customers instead of conversations they were having with friends of theirs. The poor customer behind me waited almost 20 minutes before getting his order taken and they gave him half off because of it. Just irritating.
