Staff are typically excellent at this location, as is their service. HOWEVER, their newer policy of not providing a cup for water has turned me off to this business such that I will no longer be patronizing them (after several years of being a regular, loyal customer).

No one is here. I see my order behind the counter, waiting several minutes and no one here. Took almost 5 minutes for someone to appear. Won’t order from here again. When she did get there I was told I’d get 4 free cookies if I ordered them on the app. I ordered the subs on the app, shouldnt have to go order free cookies after the fact. Should have just given me cookies, I don’t like giving negative reviews, and I love the subway app, but never here again.

Abysmal service, left sandwich sitting out of the fridge for hours which is not food safe and against the health code. When asked to remake or refund it they refused. Will never spend money here again. They should probably be reported to the health department.
